Michele didn't make any contact with Emil at all. He stayed in Sara's closet when everyone was home, and left for walks when Sara and Emil were out.

Michele was pissed. He didn't want to let Sara hang out with Emil, but he didn't have another choice. Emil would stay for another three days since the accident occurred.

Sara had soon become Emil's best friend. And Michele grew further apart from Emil each day.

Emil felt good that he had a good friend like Sara. But at the same time, he felt like there was a gaping hole in his heart without Michele. He hadn't seen Michele either. He heard him sneezing in the night. But that was about it.

Emil spent the cold nights on Michele's bed, with only his scent as a comfort to try and get some rest. It was an empty feeling that nobody could fill besides Michele.

"How do you feel today?" Sara asked Emil as they drank their coffee.

"Good." Not really.

"Where do you want to go today? Your flight leaves tomorrow, so lets go where you most want to go." Sara suggested.

"No, you have done enough for me already. I'll take you somewhere. We can go shopping if you want!" Emil said cheerfully.

"R-really?!" Sara asked in disbelief as her eyes lit up.

"Yee."

So they did.

Sara and Emil went in literally every shop they could find, Emil pretending to be some sort of fashion expert, criticizing every item of clothing in a funny accent. Sara did that too.

Emil bought himself a lot of clothes too. They were mostly sweaters and hoodies, though he did buy one or two shirts. Emil liked staying warm, although he loved the cold. So most of his wardrobe was filled with hoodies.

"Hey Sara?" Emil asked.

"Yeah?"

"You always help me out on my love life, even though I don't really have one anymore –"

"Oh shut up!" Sara playfully punched Emil. "I'm sure things will get better."

"Meh. Anyway, I want to know about your love life too, and if there's any guy I could help you out with." Emil said. Sara chuckled.

"I don't need help with a guy. Guys are way to easy. Plus I'm not interested in any guy. I'm a person who likes challenges, just like you. So I'm not falling in love with just some guy!" Sara laughed.

"So.... what are you trying to tell me?" Emil asked, confused.

"Easy: I'm dating someone." Sara said with a smile.

"Oh! That's cool!" Emil said in surprise. "Who is it?"

This was completely weird to Emil, because he had never seen Sara with any other boy besides the ones at the Grand Prix, but Michele never left her side, and if someone did try to ask her out, Michele would obviously stop them. So who could it be? Sara barely hung out with any boy. Unless it was....

"Mila!"

Emil froze.

"Huh? Who's that?" He said as he raised an eyebrow.

"She's the red headed Russian girl on Yakov's team...."

"OH." Emil yelled. Then he smiled at Sara and hugged her. "That's amazing. I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks! We're planning to move in together, actually. I just need a way to tell Michele without him dying." Sara chuckled.

"So you're going to leave him?"

"Yep! He's all yours." Sara giggled. Emil broke the hug and frowned.

"I don't think so.... He really is not interested in me. He doesn't feel the same way I do..."

"Give him some time. And if that doesn't do, I'm sure there are millions of other boys waiting for you!" Sara said.

"But I don't want some random guy as you said. I want a challenge. I want Michele and Michele only." Emil sighed. Sara turned slightly serious.

"I'll help as much as I can, but you're going to have to help yourself as well....."

Emil and Sara shared a few minutes of silence until Sara asked the question Emil feared the most.

"Michele mentioned you having some sort of panic attack. And the other night, you were completely paralyzed in the middle of the road. You coughed up blood. What's going on? I need to know. Please, tell me." Sara begged.

Emil was quiet, but then he muttered quietly.

"See, the thing is....

......I'm afraid."

"No.

I'm terrified."
