Running into Chaos or Redemption

Seeing them ride away I knew I had to do something to try and save her. My horse is faster and I could use my new power to maybe kill some of them. Only thing is by the time I caught up to them I was only able to kill and take one's power, meant three riders left. And now the devil to deal with who now had Sarah, and knew I was going against him. My power was unstable again, but the angel said I needed to consume all of them to be fixed or I couldn't be helped, which meant I was running out of time. Time to storm the gates of Hell. 

Without thinking I went straight for it, I can't let her get killed for my actions. soon as I made it to the gates though there were the last three riders waiting to keep me out. We stood there face to face and I told them to let her go and just take me and they said I had to fight my way through. When I got angry however a huge black flame erupted and ate everything in its path, even the demons nearby started running. I hadn't expected it, it took all of my strength and I quickly consumed their power from the scorched riders and called on the angel. 

I seen a bright light come down towards me but was quickly dimmed when the demons attacked him, we both laid there injured and unable to move. We got picked up and taken to the devil where he locked us in a cage to watch as he cut into Sarah. I tried to get my strength back to get out but I couldn't, even the archangel didn't have enough power now. So I asked him if he had any plan so that I could save her, he said he didn't. We watched him cut into her over and over again until she was laying on the ground crying and bleeding out. I told the devil to just kill me and get it over with, to quit being a coward. He killed her in front of me and trapped her power in a bottle so that she couldn't try to pass on. Then he just left the room.

I sat there and talked with the angel and asked if there was any way to fix things at all if there was any way to gain some kind of redemption. He said I needed to die first, the spirit in me needed to be replaced by something not placed there by the devil. The angel then used the rest of his power to consume the Marshall of Death.
