The Devil showed up finally and although the angels hated lucifer they also showed up to help rid the world of the Legend From The Shadows, I know this isn't going to be an easy fight at all, it against both sides. I hadn't thought that heaven would actually back up the fallen angel. Until my last breath, i will fight, if I shall fall I shall rise again and take more down with me.
The battle hadn't started very quickly, the angels wanted to give me a chance to surrender and even had archangels there to take me down if needed, lucifer had other demons there. Mainly since I killed all his riders. I told both sides I wasn't going in easy, I am the Marshall of Death, and I intend to carry out my duties to rid the world of the evil I was once a part of. I told the forces of heaven that I was sorry for killing their brother but he had told me to use his power to escape. Apparently, a fact that had been left out when lucifer asked for help, they said, in any case, they couldn't allow me to walk the earth with the powers I had stolen, I could surrender them and walk away as a human, but also tell them where I had her hid at, which I wasn't going to do. I told them that they had better be sure to kill me, because if they lay a finger on her then I would hunt them down one by one.
The battle broke out in a flash, I had legions from both sides attacking me and it took all I had to kill as many as I could. When I started feeling weak I heard a voice inside me, I closed my eyes and let it take over. The ground shook as a power greater than anything ever seen opened up and swallowed most of the armies on both sides, a few angels escaped and lucifer and a few low ranking demons also made it out of the blast. The Marshall was consumed, no trace of anything inside the blast and not even any type of hint that something had been there. Everything disappeared.

I woke up hearing nothing but ringing, I felt a great loss of power in the world and knew the Marshall had been killed. He sacrificed his life to save mine, I burst out in tears, both upset and happy. I know my deal was broken because when I woke up I felt human again. The Marshall had broken the deal. I was free again, but something feels like it's missing. Since there was no body to be found, the only thing to really be done to remember the Marshall was to bury an empty coffin. I went back to the house I shared with him and buried the coffin and planted the gravestone, one of his hats was still in the house so it was placed on his gravestone. After a long day of being upset and crying as the work was done, i went to bed.
There was a loud noise outside so I ran out to see if it was wolves attacking livestock or getting into things and discovered the hat had been taken. The Marshall of Death was scratched off the gravestone. I hope he comes home soon.
