Chapter 2

Lilly’s POV

I walked up to my room which I shared with four other people and changed into a blue tank top, white shorts and converse. I might be in an orphanage but Anna has good taste in clothes, luckily.

You are probably wondering how I know everything about werewolves when I grew up in a human orphanage but you see Anna knows I am a wolf and knew everything about werewolves even if she is human. It is against the rules to tell a human, it is too dangerous and could get us killed.

I asked Anna how she knew when I was twelve and she told me her best friend Franny was a werewolf and told her everything but Franny was found out and was killed for telling a human about us. As a punishment Franny was killed for un-loyalty to her pack but Anna was unharmed because no one knew that Anna was the one Franny told.

Anna had been helping me ever since, she told me everything I need to know but I already knew most of the things from when my parents were alive. I am really close to Anna; she is the only person I trust in this place. I felt kind of guilty not tell Anna one important thing, Julian had been around here.

Well not here but in town, I can feel it, I have since I was seventeen. I didn’t know how I knew, I just did.  It started out once a year, till it was months, then weeks but now it is every day. I told Anna at first and she told me to be careful just in case I was wrong but I knew I wasn’t, he was here and I just wanted to know why?

“Lilly, come here for a second!” Anna yelled from downstairs, she was in her office so I walked towards her.

As I walked downstairs the presence of my brother kept getting str5ong with every step I took.

‘He’s here’ my wolf Leah said

‘What!’ I screamed in my mind to her,

‘Yes he is here but I don’t know why?’ she sounded curious

I ran to Anna’s office, putting some of my werewolf speed into it. When I made it to her office she looked guilty and nervous, I raised an eyebrow at her.

“Dear-.” She started but I did here to rest when Leah started screaming in my head.

‘He’s here! Behind you!’

That was the last thing I heard before the world went black, curse whoever did this to me.
