Please read the authors note at the end. It's kind of important and short. :)

Charlie and Bellamy walked hand in hand in the forest.

"I don't blame you." She told him. "For throwing it in the lake, I mean. But we still really need the communication to the arc."

"I know. But I had to. To protect Octavia." He replied.

Charlie gave him a knowing look. "You and I both know it is to protect you."

He playfully rolled his eyes at her.

"Hey!" She heard Clarke call out. Running up to them. Charlie looked behind but Bellamy kept walking, pulling her with him. Clarke grabbed Bellamy's arm, stopping him. "Where is it?" She demanded.

"Hey, princess. Taking a walk in the woods?" He asked sarcastically, finally stopping.

"They're getting ready to kill three hundred people up there to save oxygen. And I can guarantee you it won't be council members. It'll be working people. Your people." Clarke stated.

"Bellamy," Finn came up pushing Bellamy in the chest, forcing Charlie's hand away from his. "Where's the radio?"

Bellamy pushed Finn back. "I have no idea what you are talking about? Can't I take a stroll through the woods with my girlfriend?"

Charlie flushed and looked to the ground. Suddenly very interested in the fallen leaves. Really she just didn't want to get brought up in it.

"Bellamy Blake?" A girl Charlie just realized was there, said. She must've been the girl in the pod. "They're looking everywhere for you."

"Shut up." He told her. Charlie noticed how hot he looked when he said. Not the time Fitz. Calm down.

"Looking for him, why?" Clarke demanded the other girl.

"He shot Chancellor Jaha." The girl said with a smirk. Charlie glared at her.

Realization clouded Clarke. "That's why you took the wristbands." Charlie suddenly remembered everything about her father and what he did. She glowered. "You needed everyone to think we're dead."

"And all that 'whatever the hell we want' you just care about saving your own skin." Finn stated.

Bellamy stared him before grabbing Charlie's hand and trying to storm away.

"Hey! Shooter! Where's my radio?"

"Get out of my way."

"Where is it?"

"I should've killed you when I had the chance." Bellamy growled.

"Really? Well, I'm right here." She mocked.

Bellamy shoved her against a tree. His hand clasped around her neck. She had her knife up to his throat. "Where's my radio?" She ordered.

"It doesn't matter where your damn radio is, chick! It's ruined!" Charlie shrieked.

The girl let go of Bellamy, he grabbed Charlie again and walked off. "Jaha deserved to die. We all know that."

"Yeah, well he's not my favorite person either. But he's not dead." The girl informed, stopping the two in their tracks.

"What?" Bellamy asked, light on breath.

The girl chuckled as she spoke, "You're a lousy shot."

A lot fluttered through Charlie's head, but she turned to Bellamy and said softly, "Bell, that means you're not a murderer. You always do what you have to, to protect 'Tavia. That's who you are."
