Venomous Snake

There was a time and place for everything, and nothing could've been written in the stars more perfectly for Carmella. She'd already done some progress by verbally acknowledging Brie's inner insecurities, but when she found out from Billie Kay that Brie's marriage almost went into shambles she swooped in for the kill. It was the icing on the cake to hear that Nikki left Brie there, Leah only needed to connect the last few dots and Brianna would be hers for the taking.

She made a stop into Daniel's locker room, where Brie undeniably was.

"Carmella? What are you doing here?" Daniel arched a brow, he's seen how she's been treating his sister-in-law lately and was cautious of her. "Whatever you have going on with Nikki, leave her out-"

"Please. What kind of person do you think I am? I'm only here to talk to Brie. I heard about what happened, and if she doesn't want me here then she'll say so. Right?" She bravely addressed the Bella, hoping Brie was in the condition she predicted.

"She can come in."

Bingo.

Once you let them in your personal space, they're someone that's earned a little trust and Leah was ready to take that little and flip it to a lot. She smiled a sweet smile and brushed past a still skeptical Daniel.

"Can we be left alone, Danny?" Leah felt like shooting through the roof, her plan was going so well and Brianna was falling right into her hands. The only barrier Carmella really had left was the very man Brie was asking to leave. Daniel left, closing the door. Carmella then thought of the possible red flag of him alerting Nicole to her presence, which would be a terrible wrench thrown in her blueprints. She shakes it off and hopes to break Brie quickly before Nikki stops her.

"Poor thing. Word travels around fast. Roman was trying to break your marriage?" Leah says with little concern, Brie sniffling.

"In a way he was."

"And what about Nikki? Where is she? What did she have to say about this?" She gauges Brie's reaction to her sister's name. Sadness.

"Nicole already knew about it."

Carmella gasps in surprise. Genuine surprise, actually. "And what? She just left you here when everyone else found out? Did she even try to support you in front of Daniel?"

"No, she didn't. But I know why she left."

That piques Carmella's interest. "Why?"

Brie glares, "That's none of your business."

"Right." Leah tries to get back on track. "Sorry. Look, I came because Nicole is just proving me right. When you need her the most where is she, hm? Not here. But you came back to help her in this war didn't you?"

"I know Nicole ok? Sure you're making her sound like she takes advantage of me but she doesn't."

"Doesn't it though? You've sacrificed so much for her. And what has she given you? The benefit to be her butler? The benefit to be her sister? It's no benefit to be anything to her, that's why John wised up quick and left her."

"She actually left John. She left John for AJ." Brie corrects.

"Brie it's about time you let your star shine. It's about time you outshine Nikki. Actually, it's about time you take your rightful place as the better Bella. Nikki has never been better than you, she just verbally abuses you and makes even you believe that she's better."

"She does not."

"You believe that the reason Nikki has more titles than you is because she's just simply ambitious, don't you?"

Brianna frowns at how spot on Leah is, "H-how did you know...?"

"Look Brie! Open your eyes! You're as ambitious as her! She just manipulates her opportunities while you wait in line like the nice and decent woman you are. It's about time you show her who's the real Bella. It's you Brie. Stop being her victim." And when Carmella thinks she's put the nails in the coffin, Nicole enters the room.

"You! What are you doing here?" Nikki advances towards Leah when Brie pushes her twin back. "Brie!"

"She's doing something that you should've done! Comfort me!" Carmella can't hold back the smile that spreads her face as she sees her plan come to manifestation.

"Brie I don't know what lies she's spewing to you but-"

"She isn't lying, Nicole! You've never been there for me when I needed you!"

"What in the fresh fuck are you talking about?! That's Carmella talking through you Brie, don't you see?"

Brianna folds her arms, "For the first time in my life, I'm not someone's puppet. I'm done being your servant. Leah's right. I've seen you misuse your way to the top while you boot everyone else that's worked hard the fair way to the bottom of the rungs!"

"Brie, you and I dominated the division together! The Bellas were on top!"

"Save it! You told me once before : there's only room for one Bella in the WWE. And this time, it's Brie Bella!"

Nicole has tears of anger running down her cheeks, the brutal stab of betrayal causing her chest to ache in pain. She looks at Carmella who has a shit-eating grin on her face, "You mark my words, Leah. You can't come back from this. If I don't kill you by the end of this war, my name isn't Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace. This... I'll throw away my freedom this time." She storms off.

Nicole told her friends the news about how Brie officially sided with Carmella.

"I can't believe it. Brie let her get in her head." Mercedes shakes her head in disbelief. The other women couldn't believe it either, and Nicole was devestated. April was hugging Nicole tight, angry because she couldn't do anything about it.

"Leah's really taking this to another level. Far beyond what we can think of y'all." Trinity says. "She's fucking crazy, a vulture. She waited and used Brie's crisis for her own advantage."

"Leah's fucking with something dangerous, and that's family. Regardless of what issues we may have, you don't come for family. She's trying to literally ruin Nicole's life." Tamina folds her arms.

"I wanna go smack some sense into Bri! What is wrong with her?" Paige tightens her hand into a fist.

"Alright. If it's a real war she wants, that's what that bitch is getting."

"AJ..?"

"She wants to come after my family, hurt my girlfriend and think I won't do something about it? She thinks I'm out of the equation?"

"AJ, calm down ok?" Paige can see remnants of her frenemy rising.

"No. I've been calm for too long. Vince told me to let it go but I'll be damned if I sit here and watch her suffer. I'm going after Leah. She wants crazy?"

"AJ...."

"I'll fucking give her crazy."

VII Says : THREE TRES TROIS

Three updates! In the span of hours! Holy shit!

This angle has really inspired me and it's really fun writing all of this stuff for it! So although it is shorter, Brie turns her back on Nicole!

AJ is getting involved in the war!

Be mindful that these three updates have happened during the course of ONE DAY, and they haven't even gotten out into the ring yet!
