~ 4 days before Christmas ~

Your POV

"Let's see...A gift for Aphmau. Check. Travis. Check. Dante. Check. Katelyn. Check. Teony. Check. Hmm, Kawaii~Chan, Nicole, Lucinda, Cadenza, Laurance, Garroth, Zane, Mom, Dad, Aaron and Vylad are left."

I said, looking at the list in my hand. I love the holidays but it can be stressful, especially to buying the presents.

I stared at the presents listed next to the person on my list.

Who else can I buy things here?

A tap on my shoulder broke my thoughts. I turned around to find out who did such thing. My eyes widened as I saw who it is.

"Hey, Y/N! So nice to see ya again!"

They said. I stood there, frozen.

"Not gonna say hi? No?"

They continued. I hugged them. It was my biological sister!

"(S/N)! It's so wonderful to see you again!"

I exclaimed. It's been a while since I last seen her. The last I saw her was when she was playing with me. Then the next day, I found a note she had ran away. From home.

I felt tears stream down my face.

"Why did you leave?"

I muttered. She explained why she did so. It was to protect me.

Protect me. The day she left was the day where Mom sent me to the orphanage.

"You at least could had visit me."

She shook their head.

"I wanted to but I can't. Anyway, you doing Christmas shopping?"

She asked. I nodded. She offered to help but I refused. Why? She have other things better to do. Like, I don't know, do her own shopping?

"I insist! As your sibling, I should help you with whatever you need!"
"I now know how Vylad feels about usually receiving help when unneeded."
"Whose Vylad?"
"My soon to be boyfriend. Please, you don't need to help me. I want to do this by myself. I'll come to you when I need help. Please, I can't always be dependent on people."

She messed up my hair, smiling while doing so. I looked at her, confused.

"You do you. Here, I'll give you my number. Call me, text me whenever you need help. Okay?"

She said, taking my list and writing down their number. After writing, she smiled and left the mall. I looked at her when their leaving.

Once she were no longer within my sight, I continue shopping.

I spent an hour or so shopping for the others, except for Vylad. To be completely honest, I haven't thought of a present for him.

Should I get him something turtle? A voucher for his favourite cake shop? I don't know!

As I was thinking, I heard multiple beeps. It sounded like I had a text. I grabbed my phone. I was right. I looked at the text message.

I never saw this number before. Who is it? Wait, could it be (S/N)? I grabbed my Christmas shopping list and compared the number.

I texted back.
