Your POV

"Yes, Mrs Rosie?"

Vylad and I asked in unison.

"I need both of you to gather everyone in the dinning room. We are going to have lunch."
"Yes ma'am."

Vylad said. I simply nodded. Vylad and I decided to split up and gather everyone.

"Okay, so I'll check upstairs and you'll check downstairs."
"Sounds good. If you get made fun of, call me."
"Okay."

With that, I went upstairs.

So, I found like 10. I wonder how's Vylad doing. Hopefully he isn't, you know. I went downstairs.

Of course reality had to be so cruel. I found Vylad getting kicked by the oldest's gang.

Shit.

"Hey! Leave Vylad alone!"
"Oh? Oh, it's Miss Save The Day. Ha!"

One of them lunged at me. I dodged and kicked him. I dashed at the other two. I punched one really hard, resulting in him getting knocked out cold.

The leader, Alex, stared at me in shock and anger.

"How dare you!"

He shouted, dashing towards me.

I swiftly dodged. When his in my reach, I grab a hold of his hair. I ran to the nearest wall and slammed him against it five times.

By the fifth one, he was out cold. I faced Vylad, blood boiling. Bits of blood was on my clothing, but do I really care about that? Not really.

"Why did you not call me?!"

I didn't mean to shout at him but I did. He looks like he kept blacking out. I took a deep breath.

"Look, sorry for shouting at you but really why did you not call me?"
"I'm so so so sorry, Y/N. I wanted to but..."
"But what?"
"N-N-Nevermind."

I wanted to know. I called him. No answer. I shook him. He didn't respond. Shit. He blacked out.

Vylad's POV  (This was before the whole Vylad thing)

Y/N and I decided that she will go upstairs while I remain downstairs. I went to the living room first. I saw Alex and his gang. Crap.

"H-Hey, it's almost l-lunch. P-P-Please gather in t-the dining room."

I said, hiding behind a wall. I had to stutter. I felt something or someone push me. Crap. Alex and his gang saw me.

"Oh hey there. Were you the one who told us to gather there?"

I remained silent. Jonas, one of Alex's mate and henchman, grabbed me. He punched me and throwing me into a corner of the living room. Why? Probably because I didn't answer.

Then they kicked, punched and taunt me. I felt myself blacking out every now and then. The next thing I know, they were on the floor and Y/N was there with bits of blood on her outfit.

"Why did you not call me?!"

She asked, furious. I couldn't speak.

"Look, sorry for shouting at you but really why did you not call me?"

She asked again. I got myself together and answered.

"I'm so so so sorry, Y/N. I wanted to but..."
"But what?"
"N-N-Nevermind."

Then, I blacked out.
