Wonder

Shopping day!!!

My mom dropped me off at the mall at around 10 am. "Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" She said in a concerned voice. "Mom! I'm 13! I'm going to be fine!" I said as I slowly walked away. I'm sooooooo glad that I'm a teenager now, because I'm alowed to go anywhere I want by my self! I walked into the mall in my Harry Potter Gryffindor t-shirt and my red matching shorts. I looked around for Emily, but she was nowhere to be found. I decided to start shopping without her because shopping time is precious!

"Summer!" Shouted a familiar voice. As I turned around, I saw Emily running after me. "Hey! You made it!" I said happily. "So what do you want to do? We can start at Indigo or Sephora." "Um...Sephora!" As we walked to Sephora we saw a few people from school. "Hey look!" Said Emily, "It's Lucas! Lucas Huntzberger!". Lucas was a boy in my class who I kind of have a crush on. He's the most popular boy in the school. He has beautiful blond hair and shining blue eyes! But, I will never  be with him since he has a girl friend. Her name is Madison Renzi, the most popular girl in the school. Lucas was very nice to everyone around him, but Madison was the complete opposite. She was mean and cruel especially to me because she knew that i had a crush on him.

He was walking out of one of the stores and of course, he was with Madison. When she saw us, she quickly grabbed his arm and put it around her upper waist. As they walked by, he turned his head to me and gave a small smile, but Madison quickly grabbed his jaw to turned his head back to her. "I hope your not staring at other girls!" She said loud and clear so everyone around could hear. "Why would I be staring at other girl?" It was hard to understand him because she was squeezing his cheeks. "Um...your forgetting something!" As she snapped her fingers in his face. "Your my queen and there's no other queen I'd rather be with but you." He said while he rolled his eyes. "That's better, but next time don't forget, OK! Now, where were we. Oh yes, your going to go to Sephora with me and your going to buy me the BTS mascara! Let's go!" They both walked off and I noticed that Lucas was holding all of her shopping bags. 7 in counting plus her Coach purse.

"Awww, I feel so bad for him! Why won't he just break up with her?" Said Emily. "I have no idea. Its probably because their parents know  I each other...but I don't think we should go to Sephora anymore." I said in a disappointed tone. "Your right, let's just go to Indigo." Said Emily, trying to cheer me up. As I turned my head around to take one last look at Lucas, she grabbed my hand, leading me to Indigo. She tried to change the subject. "So, what are you doing after, cuz I was wondering if we could have a sleepover at your house after we're done shopping?" She gets tried her best to lighten up the mood. "That sounds like a great idea! We need to spend as much time as possible together before you leave." Just as she said that, it reminded me that I was leaving soon for Toronto. "Um...yah...we need to spend as much time as possible together."
