She's my best friend

I woke up in shock and I didnt know where I was. But then I realized that we feel asleep while watching Gilmore Girls. I check my phone to see 48 more messages from Lucas.

I need a girls night out. I called Emily and told her EVERYTHING. "What a jerk! said Emily with anger, Stupid Lucas. I can't believe that he did that!" "I still can't believe it either." I responded. "Ok then, I'm taking you on a E & S, Emily and Summer, day! At 10:00 am we're going to the mall, 12:30 pm we'll eat at ur favorite sushi place then we'll shop for an other hour, 2:00 we head home and watch Beauty and the beast plus a spa night! Be there in 20!" And she hung up as fast as she could.

I ran up stairs as fast as I could and I put on my black crop top with a pair of light blue ripped jeans. I slipped on my black high tops and grabbed my purse. As I opened the door, Emily was out side my house with a taxi and drove off to the mall.

We got to the mall and had an extreme shopping spree! We literally bought the whole mall. (over exaggerating) We we're having so much fun until we saw Lucas and his little group of friends in the cafeteria. I quickly time around, but before I knew it one of his friends screamed out "Hey Lucas, isn't that your girlfriend!?" I could tell that Emily was pretty angry as she turned around with rage. I tried to pull her back, but when Emily gets mad, you'll never hear the end of it. "HEY LUCAS, WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU. CHEATING ON SUMMER LIKE THAT WITH AN OTHER GIRL, NOT COOL. ALL YOU BOYS EVER DO IS TREAT US GIRLS LIKE TOYS. WHEN EVER THERE'S A NEW GIRL IN TOWN, YOU'LL JUST DITCH US AND GO FOR IT."

Emily sure did it this time. The guys were speachless. We walked away and I could hear one of them say in a low voice "Who does she think she is, screaming at is like that..." "Shes my best friend, that's who!" And we walked away.

This day was one of the best E & S days ever. We had an amazing shopping spree, got to scream at a bunch of boys, eat my fav sushi and tonight will be a movie and a spa! I have the most amazing best friend ever!

I met Emily in 1st grade inthe first day of school. I was sitting in the back of the class reading a book while all the kids were surrounding Emily. Everyone wanted to be her best friend. But out of all the kids, she wanted to be my friend, my best friend. She gets along with everyone, it's crazy. Emily has been my best friend ever since.

The sad thing is, I'm not going to be able to spend time with her anymore.
