"Now, Loks, which flavour would your royal highness prefer?" Tony looked up at Loki, a smirk playing on his lips. The two were standing in a small ice cream shop, waiting in line for their turn. This, he thought, might as well be the best thing he had ever witnessed.

Loki glared down at him, not really sharing Tony's cheerful mood. And he had his reasons. Because, he was sporting a bright red head of hair, glasses, a purple lipstick and a long, dark blue coat. This was because he couldn't really walk out in public with blue skin and horns, now, could he? So this was the best solution they could come up with. Since he could't change his whole appearance, due to his unsolved problem, he had had to just make small changes, like turning his hair red and putting a small illusion on his skin, eyes and horns, which changed the way humans saw them. But he still didn't like it.

"Stark," he growled, "if you ever mention this to anyone, I will strangle you in your sleep, and I will sell your company to Justin Hammer."

Tony just laughed. "You could try, sweetcheeks, but you don't have my passwords."

"I have my ways." Suddenly, a new voice caught their attention.

"What can I get for you, sir?" the lady behind the counter asked, looking at Tony.

"Well I would like a cone with raspberries and mint chocolat for me, and for the lady...?" he looked at Loki with a grin. Loki sighed.

"Plain chocolate and lemon, in a cone as well."

"Coming right up for you."

"Better hurry," said Tony, "I don't want to keep my lady waiting." He was really milking this.

"Stark, I don't understand why you enjoy this so much. You find it funny, me being a lady?I don't see why you would. There's nothing degrading with being a woman. In fact, many women on Asgard are way more powerful than the men."

"I'm not laughing because you're a woman. I'm laughing, because I'm thinking about the headlines that will be all over the newspapers tomorrow. 'Tony Stark on ice cream date with mysterie pre-school teacher.' Aint that something?" Loki only stared at him, with an unreadable glimt in his eyes. "I'm also laughing because you could have been a very attracting woman, but instead you choosed an appearance that really doesn't suit you. No offence to redheads, but you as one of them? Not very hot."

"There you go, sir, one raspberries and mint chocolat, and one plain chocolate and lemon, both in a cone." said the cashier, and handed them their ice creams. The pair went to find a table to sit at, and choosed one close to the windows. They ate their treats mostly in silence, until Loki heard a low sound. It sounded like the click of a camera. He thought none of it, convinced that it was just an idiotic youngster with snapchat. A few more minutes passed by, with the only words shared between them were a short question from Tony:

"Are you gonna finish that?"

Loki nodded at him, and kept on slowly eating his ice cream. Tony had already finished his.

A few minutes later, and the clicking sound had become more frequent. The two of them actually looked around now to find the sourse. And found it they did. Every person in the shop had their phone up, and were taking pictures of them. Some were even talking in their phones:

"Yes, he's here right now, the Tony Stark with some chick who looks like a librarian, hurry up and come down here before they leave!"

"I'm shitting you not, Iron Man is here with a weird looking lady! You think she's his girlfriend?"

"Kyle, I swear, send the team down here with some photographers, this could be tomorrows big headline!"

Loki pooked Tony's arm. "Stark? I think it would be the best if we were to leave. Like, right now. Preferably in this very moment."

"Uh...yeah. You're probably right. Let's go." They both stood up, and walked out the door. And got completely blinded. There were cameras everywhere, desperatly trying to get a good shot, lights flashing in their faces. Tony grabbed Loki's hand and made a move to push through the crowd, but failed. There were simply too many people. He put up a hand in front of his face, and tried to shield his eyes from the flashing cameras.

"Honey? Think you could help us out a little here?" he asked Loki.

"Me? I'm not the one used to reporters and newspeople. That is your life, not mine."

"Seriously? You were raised a prince, but you never had to worry about newspeople? Geez. Anyway, that was not what I meant. I meant that you should help us out as in, maybe you could use your oh-so-amazing magic and get us the fuck out of here?"

"So you think it's a good idea to just teleport us out of here? You do understand that that would look like we just went up in thin air, don't you, Stark?"

"Yes, I do, I just don't care. I can't deal with this now, just zap us out of here and I'l explain it to the media another time!"

"As you wish" said Loki, and with a snap of his fingers, they were all of a sudden located in the kitchen at Stark tower. Loki, who had grabbed Tony's hand to be able to teleport the both of them, let go of him and walked out of the room. But, in the doorway, he turned around, and faced Tony.

"You are going to have one hell of a time explaining this." And he walked out of the door, dropping the illusion while doing so, so that his skin returned to blue and his horns became vicible again.

Tony rested his body against the wall. How the hell was he gonna fix this? How would he explain to the other Avangers that the women was no other than Thor's alien brother from another mother? Not that it really was their business, but they were some of his closest friends.

"I believe you have, as to speak, grabbed more than you can to eat, sir." sounded JARVIS' voice through the speakers. Tony sighed, and let out a short laugh.

"You think so, JARV?"

"Yes, sir, indeed I do."

"Well then, you are most likely correct." And he grabbed a cup of coffe, poured some whiskey into it, and drank the whole thing, before walking down to his lab to work on the next suit.
