Leo's POV
I kissed him and ran. Ran right out of the McDonalds. He hates me now... He's probably not even gay. Probably not even bi like myself. I just ruined our friendship. I'm so stupid! I hate myself sometimes! I ran all the way to camp. Luckily we weren't to far. I continued running to Bunker 9. He hates me, he hates me, he hates me! I started fiddling with a bunch of scrap pieces and eventually crafted a small skull ring in my hand. Why couldn't I get Nico of my mind? Why did it have to be him I fell for? I'd rather fall for Hazel or Piper! I started to cry. I hate my life. I hate being in love with the Prince of Death.
Nico's POV
He kissed me and ran. Did he like me back? Did Leo Valdez the Bad boy Supreme actually love me? I couldn't believe it. I was so stunned that I sat there frozen in time, staring and wondering. Dreaming dreams of Leo Valdez. Then I came back to reality. I had to find him. I had to set things straight. No more secrets, I'm telling Leo I love him.
As I shadow traveled to camp, I thought I heard Leo's voice screaming "HELP!" So naturally, I followed it. What I saw was horrifying.
Y'know, cliff hangers are fun. Sorry I pained you with a short chapter and a cliff hanger. I wrote most of this up in five minutes so... I didn't feel like describing as much but yeah next chapter will be cool with possible battle scenes. How about we try for 10 total votes and 250 reads? ~Nico
