Family

Scarlet and Wolf walk downstairs holding hands and go into the living room. They had dried off and gotten changed.
Thorne is draped over the couch with Cress next to him.
Kai and Cinder are sitting on the floor together while Winter and Jacin are sitting on the other couch. Iko's sitting on a chair by Winter.
"Sorry we took so long," Scarlet says.
"Can we have cake now?" Thorne asks.
"Sure."
She goes to get it but Wolf stops her.
"I got it," he says.
"Oh, alright."
"Now tell us what you were so excited about," Cinder says.
Scarlet smiles.
"Wolf and I are engaged."
"Since when are you engaged?" Thorne asks.
"Like, twenty minutes ago."
"Aww," Iko squeals.
"That's wonderful Scarlet-friend!" Winter rejoices.
"Why didn't you tell us sooner?" Cress asks.
"Uh, I don't know. I guess I was going to later or just wait until you guys figured it out," Scarlet explains.
"When do you think you're going to have the wedding?" Kai asks.
"No idea," Scarlet replies.
She sits on the floor by Cinder.
"We should dress you up and do your makeup Scarlet-friend," Winter suggests.
"No," Scarlet quickly turns down the idea.
Wolf comes back in with a vanilla funfetti birthday cake. It has four candles on it that are lit. He sits it on the coffee table.
"Wow. That looks so good," Scarlet says.
"Yeah it does," Thorne says while drooling.
"Cress made it," Cinder tells Scarlet.
"Really?"
"Yes. Should wouldn't let me have any last night," Thorne complains.
"Thank you Cress."
Cress smiles.
They skip the happy birthday song since it's "not Scarlet's thing" and get right to cutting the cake. Wolf cuts a piece for everyone and gives it to them. He brings the rest of it back into the kitchen.
They all start eating. They watch TV and talk a bit.
"Are you excited?" Cinder asks Scarlet.
"Yeah. Kinda nervous though," Scarlet admits.
"Why?"
"Well there's do much planning to do and I just want it to go perfectly. Plus, what if he changed his mind? I think I rushed him into it."
"You didn't."
"How do you know?" Scarlet asks.
"I talked to him while we were setting up the party. He told me he was planning to propose soon, whenever he thought the time was right."
"I guess he found the right time."
"I guess. I'm glad he did. I know you really want to get married."
"I do. I love him so much."
"I'm happy for you guys."
"Thanks Cinder. What about you and Kai? You two gonna get married soon?"
Cinder blushes.
"No no no. We aren't ready for that."
"That's to bad. You're really cute together."
"Thanks, but we've barely kissed."
"All you've done is kissed?"
"We made out once but that was it."
"I better tell him to step up his game."
They both laugh.
Kai and Thorne had gone with Wolf to the kitchen.
They come back in carrying ten gifts.
They sit them all in front of Scarlet.
"All of these are for me?"
Wolf sits by her.
"You deserve it," Wolf tells her.
She smiles at him.
She grabs the one from Winter with shiny silver wrapping paper and opens it. It's a wooden jewelry box with her name engraved in the lid.
"Thank you so much Winter," Scarlet says.
Winter smiles.
Scarlet opens the next one, a green bag, from Thorne. In it is a picture framed of all of them on the Rampion and a Rampion pin.
"Thanks Thorne," she says with a smile on her face.
"No problem," he replies.
Scarlet hands them to Wolf and grabs another bag, this one purple, from Cress. Inside is a set of hair clips with flowers and animals on them, a set of bracelets with painted glass beads, and a brush with jewels that make a rose with their color on it.
"They're beautiful Cress. Thank you."
"You're welcome."
"Cress made the bracelets and decorated the brush," Thorne comments.
"Really?"
"Yep."
"Well they're beautiful Cress."
Cress blushes a bit.
Scarlet opens the blue and purple wrapped box from Cinder. In it is a mini robot about the size of her forearm.
"What is this?" Scarlet asks.
"It's a robot I made. It can water your plants and put food down for any animals you have," Cinder explains.
"Wow. Thank you."
She opens the next two which are both from Wolf.
The first one is tomato seeds and the second is a book series she's been wanting for a long time.
"Thanks babe."
She kisses his cheek then grabs the gift from Iko.
She opens the pink wrapping paper. It's a makeup kit.
"Oh wow. Thanks Iko."
"I know you don't use a lot of make up, but when you do now you'll have the good stuff."
Scarlet opens the white bag from Jacin. In it is throwing stars and a guide book. She had told Jacin before that she wanted to learn how to use them.
"Thanks Jacin."
Jacin doesn't say anything.
She opens the last red bag which is from Kai. She pulls out the antique hand gun with gold engravings on it.
"Wow," she reacts.
"I didn't really know what to get you so I hope you like it," Kai says.
"It's awesome. Thanks."
"It's my pleasure."
"Thank you all so much. I really didn't need all of this stuff."
"Like Wolf said, you deserve it," Cinder tells her.
"I love you guys. I couldn't ask for a better family," Scarlet says with tears in her eyes.
"No more crying now," Thorne jokes.
She laughs. Everyone's smiling.
Wolf hugs her then brings all the stuff to their room.
"We should play a game," Thorne suggests.
"Sure. Uno?" Scarlet asks.
"Yeah!"
They all play games together and snack all night.
