Here Comes The Bride

"You look gorgeous Scarlet," Cinder compliments Scarlet in awe.
Winter had just finished setting Scarlets last curl, and she couldn't have looked better for her wedding day. Not to mention the natural glow coming off of such a happy Scarlet made it all perfect.
Cress brings over Scarlet's bouquet of flowers and gives it to her.
"Are you ready?" Cinder asks with a smile.
Scarlet takes a deep breath and nods. "I'm so ready."
Cinder gets Scarlet her grandmothers pin for her dress and they go to where Thorne, Kai, and Jacin are waiting.
"You look amazing," Thorne smiles at Scarlet.
She smiles brightly. "Thank you."
"I've never seen you so happy," Jacin adds.
"I've never been so happy."
The man in charge of the music comes over.
"Are you ready to start?" he asks.
Scarlet gives him a thumbs up. "Ready."
He goes back inside.
They get in their positions at the double doors.
The doors open as the music begins.
Cress and Iko go first.
Cress has her dress on while Iko is wearing suspenders and a dress shirt with a flower pinned to the strap.
Next, Winter and Jacin go. As soon as they see Winter they start whispering about her beauty.
Once they get in their spots Cinder and Kai go.
They decided to keep photography to a minimum, only allowing a few photographers and a paid wedding photographer to come, but most of the guests are taking pictures with their personal devices.
The music changes and everyone stands as Thorne and Scarlet begin their walk behind the aisle.
Scarlet feels her heart flutter as soon as she sees Wolf, a shocked and happy look on his face.
She feels her cheeks warm up behind her laced veil.
They get to the end of the aisle and Thorne hands her off to Wolf.
They hold hands and smile at each other lovingly, all of their friends and supporters watching them.
They go through their vows, light their unity candle, pour the sand into their vase, and give each other their rings. It all leads up to the two final questions.
"Do you Ze'ev Kesley take Scarlet Benoit to be your wife? To love and behold in sickness and in health, in riches and in poor?"
He doesn't take his eyes off of Scarlet as he says proudly, "I do."
"And do you Scarlet Benoit take Ze'ev Kesley-"
"I do," she interrupts.
Everyone laughs.
"Then I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss you bride."
Wolf moves her veil right before she jumps up, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him.
Everyone claps and cheers as they share their first kiss as a married couple.
The cheers continue as they walk down the aisle with their wedding party.
Outside they blow bubbles on them, then everyone heads to the reception.
After pictures are taken the celebrating begins. They all drink and eat and have fun together, enjoying such a glorious day.
Little did they know what this uniting day would lead to, how much meaning and importance this day would hold.
