My first official day at Anchor beach.Mike talked to the management of the orphanage and they let me stay at Mike's.I don't know if he would even consider adopting me, but as long as I'm allowed to stay with AJ, I'm completely fine.Also, since Mike has connections to the vice principal of my new school, it was easy to get accepted.

"Good Morning!" I say to Mariana as we meet up in front of the school.

"Morning.You have your schedule yet?" She asks and we start walking to our lockers.Gladly mine is only seven to the right of hers and six to the right of Jesus, not that I care.

"Yeah, I do and I have literature first by Mr. Timothy." I tell her.

"Awesome,me too!He's a cool teacher as long as you work good in class." Marianna exclaims.

"I'll try my best." I answer excited.

"Morning Sky!" greets me Jesus as he walks by.

"Morning! " I reply smiling.

First period was really good actually.I got to sit next to Marianas and from my seat, I had a great view of Jesus.Bad about that; I couldn't concentrate and I'm pretty sure Mr. Timothy wasn't so happy about it.

Marianna already went to her next class while I'm still searching for my maths book which is supposed to be in my locker.

"Need any help,baby girl? "

I must have heard wrong, right?
I turn around to look at the guy who just said that to me.And there stood a tall, broad-shouldered guy, probably one of those stupid jocks, with a smug grin and blue eyes roaming up and down my body.

"Excuse me?!" I say with a disgusted expression.

"I think you understood me right, baby girl.I'm Lucas by the way.What's your name baby girl?" He asks coming closer.I take a step back.

"That's none of your business.Leave me alone!" I tell him angry.

"I don't think so." Lucas says and reaches out to grab me by my waist but before he can do so, Jesus pushes him away from me.

"You heard her.Leave her alone!" Jesus says through gritted teeth.

"Don't tell me that's your boyfriend, baby girl." Lucas directs to me, completely ignoring Jesus.That's too much for me and all on my first day.Life is such a bitch.
My thoughts were interrupted when Jesus pushes Lucas to the ground and starts hitting.Lucas fights back and other students shout or cheer them on.Seconds later, Mr. Timothy and a senior pull them away from each other.All students who where watching, dissappear quickly and I'm the only one left.When Jesus and Lucas calmed down a bit, Mr. Timothy looks at me.

"Care to enlighten me, Sky?" Mr. Timothy asks me.This Lucas guy is giving me a talk-and-I-am-going-to-kill-you look while Jesus is looking down.
"Alright.Then Jesus and Sky go to the vice principal, please, and Lucas you come with me, please." Mr. Timothy says and takes Lucas to his office.
Jesus walks away too so I hurriedly follow him.Soon I realize that he's walking to the vice principal.I hope he isn't in deep trouble.

He knocks on the door as I catch up to him.I try to say something but get interrupted by a 'Come in' from the vice principal.Jesus opens the door and I walk in after him.After I closed the door, I sit down next to Jesus.The office is quite normal.A desk with Mrs. Adams Foster behind it and two chairs in front of it.On the window bench are a few plants and on the walls are different posters of school events.

"So,wanna tell me what happened?" Mrs. Adams Foster asks.She seems nice.Hopefully that's not gonna change.

I look at Jesus who is now looking out of the window.

"Look, we didn't do anything.That guy was harassing Sky so I told him to back off but he wouldn't." Jesus explains just as I wanted to say something.

"So you started a fight with him?" She answers a bit disappointed.

"I know that was wrong but I just-" Jesus says and Mrs. Adams Foster finished for him:"didn't took your pills?I know."

"Sky, you can leave now, but I wanna talk to Jesus for a sec." She says friendly.

"Sure." I answer and leave the room.Two minutes later, Jesus walks out of the office.

"You waited for me?" Jesus questions me.

"Yeah, I wanted to say thank you." I tell him thankful.

"Sure, no problem." He says and we start walking down the corridor.
"You got any plans for tonight?"

"No, why?" I asks him curious.

"How about we go eating pizza or Chinese or Italian, whatever you like? " Jesus asks nervous scratching the back of his neck.

"Pizza's cool." I tell him.

"So..we have a date?" He asks again.

"You saved me twice.Do you really think your getting rid of me that easy, dumbass?" I giggle " 6.30 pm, don't be late!"
I walk in my class for the last fifteen minutes of second period before I have biology.Still this horrible biology lesson can't stop me from smiling.I have a date with Jesus!

I was thinking about this the whole day and now I'm getting ready for my date.Mike said it was okay, probably because he knows Jesus, and the only condition is that I have to be home at 10 pm.
My makeup is decent and I'm wearing pretty casual stuff.If he doesn't like me the way I am, he can go immediately.

Jesus is on time and looks hot and cute at the same time, like always.We order our Pizza's and talk about everything.He's an awesome person and the pizza is tasty too.When we finished and he paid although I said it was fine, but he insisted on it, we walked back to my place.Suddenly I remember something and stopped walking.

"What's wrong?" Jesus asks worried.

"What about those pills your mother talked about this morning?" I question him in a serious tone.

"Oh,yeah those.." He starts.

"You don't have to" I tell him and touch his arm to comfort him.

"No it's fine.I have to take pills for my ADHD." He explains.

"That's nothing to be ashamed of." I exclaim trying to cheer him up.We start walking again.

"It's not that I'm ashamed of it.I just think it makes me look weak." Jesus says honestly.

"It's not a weakness.It's just what makes you human.Nobody is perfect, don't forget that." I tell him and realized that we reached Mike's,AJ'S and now also my place.

"You seem pretty perfect to me.Thanks, though." He answers laughing.

We are now standing face to face.I have to look up a bit to look in his beautiful brown eyes since he's way more than a head taller than me.He looks at me so lovingly that I just have to melt under his gaze.Slowly, he starts to lean down, his lips coming closer and closer to mine.One moment before is lips could crash onto mine, I turn my head to the side so he faces my cheek and slightly push him away from me.He laughs and I smile at him sweetly.

"How about we keep that for our second date?" I tell him smirking mischievous.

"Oh, are we going on a second date?" Jesus jokes.I playfully hit his chest before I pull him down to me and give him a kiss on his cheek.

"Thanks for the great evening." I say as I stand in front of the door and look back at him.

"Your welcome." He tells me smiling and I walk through the door.
