I stood on Kian's front porch waiting for him and her to pull up. I ignored all of his calls and text messages, but I realized that I can't really put all of the blame on him for what our parents did. Do I feel like he should have read the papers before signing them? of course, I do, but this is reality right now and we can't do anything about it.
I looked to see her car pulling into the driveway. A model with a Honda, pretty sure she could have done better than that, but who am I to judge? I walked towards the car as both of them got out laughing and holding on to each other's arms. Meredith saw me hardcore staring so she quickly removed her arm. ''Hi Jc.'' she waved. ''Yeah Bye.'' I grabbed Kian and forced him inside of his house slamming the door in her face.
''Jaysee, that was rude.'' he moved me out of the way as he opened the door and pulled her inside. ''when is our next date?'' he glanced over at me before looking back at her. ''two days.'' she replied. ''Jc, he talked about you the whole day and I honestly love the fact that you guys have been together for awhile and the way that you met was so cute. It was nice to meet both of you.'' she smiled and waved as she left.
''BABY, she's a great friend.I'm gonna go text her or something to plan our next hang out. We totally misjudged her.'' Kian squealed and ran up the stairs happily jumping and humming. ''yeah..great.'' I looked up at him.
I looked out of the window and saw that she had already pulled off and drove away. He talked about me the whole time? Why is that so fucking hard to believe? No girl would allow a guy to talk about someone else during their date. It's just not believable.
