I finally arrive at the compound, before landing my car and hopping out of it, looking around the room to find no sign of Ollie, but instead all the team's worried faces.

"I guess I won?" I say in a questioning tone.

I approach Veda, for she seems to be the one closest to me. "What's wrong?" I ask, starting to get worried myself.

"Thea, I think we have a problem." She says in a serious manner. "It's Ollie." I furrow my eyes at her, confused.

I swiftly walk towards the rest of the team standing around the computer screen, standing right next to Bubble, who is sitting on the computer's chair, and looking up at the screen.

"You see that red dot over there." Kadro says as she points at the glowing screen. I nod. "That's Oliver."

I stare at the screen where a map with the racing track is displayed. It then hits me as I realize that the red dot is not moving, meaning that his car has stopped.

"Why would he stop?" I mumble quietly to no one in particular.

"He was probably too nervous, lost control over the car and crash landed." I roll my eyes before turning my head towards Lissar, who is leaning against the wall, realizing that she probably heard me due to her tremendous hearing abilities. She shrugs. "What? We're all thinking it. I'm just stating the obvious." She then says.

I close my eyes and sigh. "She's right." I finally say. "He probably lost control over the car in the tunnels when I zoomed in front of him."

"Em, actually, he didn't really stop at the tunnels." Bubbles says. "The red dot shows that he has stopped at the Dark Grounds." She says, zooming the map onto the red dot.

She too is right, as I can tell from the shape of the very familiar landscape.

I sigh, knowing that I'm going to have to go there for the third time today.

"I'll go and get him." I say in defeat, quickly glancing in the direction of my car before walking towards it.

"I'll come with you." Lissar, out of nowhere says and zooms towards the car before going in the passenger seat. I let her be since I am suddenly in no mood to argue with her, and I already know that there really would be no arguing.

"Ok, whatever." I simply say. Lissar's questioning look does not go unnoticed.

"What about the other car?" Bubble chirps in. "If he crashed and is not able to come back here on his own, how are you going to be able to get his car back?"

I contemplate Bubble's words. "Let's just hope we don't lose this one as well." I finally say, realizing that I'm going to have to leave Ollie's car at the Dark Grounds.

It took me three months to redesign an old wrecked car, two to unscramble it and another year just to rebuild it into the flying car it is today.

Ollie's car's design is of course much different than mine, as I was not just going to repeat the same car designs without experimenting, so it will be a shame to just leave it at the Dark Grounds.

With that though in mind, I hop into the car and start the car engine again, before zooming past the iron gates and up the river.

"Ooh, what does this button do?" Lissar asks, as she keeps pressing random buttons.

"It takes out the laser guns." I say.

"You have lasers installed on this car?" She raises her brow at me.

"You can never be too prepared." I shrug.

"For what? An alien attack. This is the future, Thea, not a fantasy. We didn't get to Mars yet. At least I don't think we did."
