Chapter 4
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Caitlyn's POV
I woke up to Savannah shaking me so hard, I fell off the bed. I hit the floor with a thud.
"Oww." I said looking at her.
"Sorry." she said.
I got off the floor and sat on my bed. I rubbed my eyes and looked at Savannah.
We graduated last night and it really wasn't a big deal. It was just too boring for me. All I cared about was this summer.
"What time is it?" I asked sleepily.
"4:00." she said all perky-like.
"What?! that means I could have slept another hour!"
"Big whoop! we leave today!"
"Keep it down, my family is still sleeping." I said.
"No they're not." she chirped back.
"What? that's not like them." I said confused.
"I heard your dad leave earlier today, he was loud and your mom was talking on the phone she sounded upset."
I put a worried expression on my face.
"I better go check on her. I'll be right back." I said walking out my door.
I walked by my parents room and heard sniffling and sobbing. I slowly opened the door.
"Mom, are you okay?" I said worried.
She immediatly perked up.
"Yes, honey I am." she said trying to act happy. She looked like she had been crying.
"Are you sure?" I said slowly walking in.
"Yes." she said.
"Well I better go get ready to go." I said still worried
"Okay honey, bye." she said.
I walked out and back up to my room.
"I wonder what's wrong with her." I said to Savannah. She just shrugged. I decided not to worry and got ready instead.
As soon as I was done, Savannah and I said our goodbyes to our families and then got into the car with Savannah's older brother, Daniel. Daniel is 25 years old and is a pretty quiet guy. He gets in trouble a lot, but he did a favor for his parents by driving us.
As we drove away, I felt a terrible feeling wash over me, but I decided to focus on what was ahead instead.
We drove to the airport and said goodbye to Daniel.
"Stay out of trouble, bro." Savannah said to Daniel.
He just hugged both of us and left.
"I can't believe we are here." I said as we walked around the airport.
"I know." Savannah said looking around. Time passed by and before we knew it we were on the plane. We took our seats in first class.
"I can't believe these tickets are first class!" Savannah said with excitement.
