"Marshall," Lily screamed. Oh gosh. Please let it not really be her.

"Lily," I said shocked.

She threw her pale arms around me hugging me.

"I missed you," she said.

"Look Lily," I said, we need to talk.

"Ok," she said, releasing me and stepping inside.

"Lily," I said once we were sat on the couch. "When you moved we broke up, and if we were both available next time we saw each other we'd start over. But I'm not available. I'm with Fionna now."

She stared at me for a minute, then a huge smile came to her face.

"Good," she said. "I'm glad you're happy. Besides I have a boyfriend."

"Who," I asked, wondering who would take her. I was the only one around here even close to her.

"Prince Gumball," she said grinning.

Oh well. That was interesting.
