Chapter 20.

Austin's P.O.V

She immediately took off running. I don't know what came over me but I started to run after her. I chased her for a while until she had to stop to take her heels off. She tried to run, but I grabbed her arm before she could.

"Ally wait!" She snatched her arm away and started walking, with me following behind her.

"I'm not gonna kiss you Austin."

"That's not what I was gonna ask. I just wanna talk to you, please."

"There's nothing to talk about." She said coldly.

"Ally I'm sorry I feel like such an idiot! Please just talk to me."

"What? So you can run off again." She walked away. I stood there on the beach alone just watching her leave. Wait! What am I doing? I'm not going to leave her, not this time. I ran up to her, right as I did she stumbled forward and I grabbed her waist to stop her from falling. She looked thankful but angry at the same time. I held her closer to me until there was no room in between us.

"Does it look like I'm running now?"

She shook her head no. Then she took me by surprise, I was sure she was going to try to pull away but she didn't. She looked up at me and smiled then reached her hand up and touched my cheek. Then she said two words I never thought would come out of her mouth.

"Kiss me."

"What?"

"You spun that bottle now you Austin Moon have to kiss me" she blushed and her eyes sparkled.

I smiled before leaning in then........... A big wave decided it should come and murder the moment by soaking us from the waist down . I looked away for a second, but when I looked back she was gone.

"Thanks Mother Nature thank you so much!" I yelled to the ocean right as another wave came in soaking me head to toe.
