"You okay, babe?" she asked, trailing her fingers down my arm. i snapped out of my daze, realizing i was staring at her for too long.
"Y-yeah," I replied distractedly, "i'm not myself this week."
"I've noticed," she scoffed, rolling her eyes. "you're still coming to my place tonight, right?"
I knew what she meant by that. my eyes found it's way to her again and i sighed. i looked back at my girl, nodding once.
"Yeah, i'll be there."
"Good, maybe i can help boost your mood up," she replied, a smirk on her lips.
i gave her a small smile, knowing she couldn't help boost my mood up even if i wanted her too. there was only one girl who could, and i knew that for a fact.
because with her, i'm at my happiest point. but whenever i realize that, i'm sad, it's too late and she's already gone.
