The greatest thing to have happened in my life at that point was watching Jordan take off his uniform shirt into a white t-shirt. Okay, that might be an exaggeration because watching One Direction twenty rows away was the greatest thing that happened in my life. We drove to get food and this was the first time I was in Jordan's car. Of course he wanted to show off the bass in the car so we started blasting music. He drove a 1999 Toyota Corolla which to this day I love so much. I even think that first night in his car, I told him I loved it. We got to Steak and Shake and ordered the guys' food and our milkshakes. Nothing special happened on the ride back except I was thinking about how I wanted the ride to be longer so I could spend more time with him. I was scared that when we dropped the food off, he'd want to go home and that'd be it.

We pulled up into the McDonald's lot and went through the drive-thru to give the guys their food. "That was fast! I'm sorry Dana." I was pretty stupid for not realizing what they meant until I looked at Jordan and he looked flustered. The drive-thru started filling up so we had to pull forward and drop off the food. My nerves started acting up as I waited for Jordan to say good-bye, instead he pulled into a parking spot and turned to ask me for his milkshake. I was still pretty out of it and my attention quickly turned to the shakes. I didn't know if he could tell I was nervous, but it was nice sitting there making a fool out of myself. We spent an hour in his car just talking, and I felt myself liking him more. I don't clearly remember how I mentioned it, but I know we made plans to hang out that week. We said our good-byes and once again, I drove home with butterflies in my stomach.
