Jordan and I made our way to my room and I felt the awkwardness radiate all over the place. We were both probably nervous because his feelings were out there and I didn't know how to tell him mine. He sat on my couch while I set up the DVD player. I teased him about watching The Notebook and little did he know, I was being serious. I laid down in my bed and I could see him shift uncomfortably on the couch when I finally "woman-ed" up and told him he could lay next to me. Jordan made his way to my bed and kept a distance from me, but still looked nervous. The movie started and he quickly got into it. He started asking me questions about why things were happening in the movie and even made a few guesses about what would happen.
During the movie, Jordan saw me move a lot because I couldn't get enough elevation to see the TV. As I tried stacking up my pillows when he turned to me and said "you don't need pillows when you have me," and patted at his chest. I thought that was the cheesiest thing ever but I thought it was sweet. I rested my head on his chest while he put his arm around me. It was the greatest feeling just being cuddled up to him. It was ruined a couple times when my hair would keep flopping on his face. I kept apologizing and felt myself turn red. Jordan scared me when he starts shouting that he knew how The Notebook would end. I found it really adorable that he was interested in the movie, although he was probably watching it for me. We played another movie, Ant-Man, because we wanted to spend more time with each other. In the middle of this movie, Jordan found humor in tickling me. I am the worst person to tickle because I scream and fight back. It was possibly the easiest move in the book and I anticipated it to happen, but during the five minutes of me gasping for air- Jordan Oyarce and I had our first kiss.
