Christine arrived home, and felt...content. She liked that she was going to get to the base of her dream. Then, a feeling of guilt crept over her. The way Erik had described his job, it sounded like other people had more serious problems and would need his time, rather than some girl wondering why she had a crazy dream.

Then again, she had a few problems of her own, too.

Getting over the guilt and feeling content once again, she continued to move around her house to get some basic chores done with. She thought about how the next meeting was going to go, and what they were going to discuss next. The next meeting was the Monday after this weekend.

She went to sleep late that night.

She woke up the next morning in a sweat. She looked around her room frantically, and saw that everything was in order, neat, and not the scary darkness after she had seen.

She had another, lifelike dream.

She scrambled out of bed, found some spare paper, and wrote down the crazy dream she had. She wrote down all the details, and then started to write the other one when she got a call on her phone. Christine got up and looked at the caller ID.

It was Erik.

"Hello?" she said gruffly, still having the morning roughness in her voice. She cleared it while she waited.

"Are we still up for Monday?"

He was asking like he knew about her dream.

"Y-yeah." She said, mentally scolding herself for stuttering.

"Good. Are you alright, by the way? You don't sound like it."

She contemplated whether telling him about the dream now, or at the meeting in two days. "Yes, I am fine." She finally said. "Just woke up."

"Alright, see you then." He clicked off.

Leaving her puzzled again by his actions, she threw her phone onto the bed, and then went back to writing down her dreams and their details. She also decided to write down what she and Erik had discussed, what they had decided what was the cause for the beginning details. Maybe she should keep a log of this so she could refer to it back for future reference? Anyway, she felt proud about writing down everything in its perfect detail.

Now Monday just needed to come around.

She arrived at work early in the morning, hoping that her manager would understand why she would have to be out a lot more often than she had originally thought.

They talked for a little while about her schedule, and decided that she would work her normal schedule, but move Monday's work time to Saturday, meaning she'd still have to work as often, just not the previous discussed days. She thanked her manager greatly, and then walked back out of her work.

She ended up going to her appointment earlier than expected, but Erik had the time now, and was booked later.

"Christine." He said warmly as he entered the room she was waiting in. "Glad you can make it." She tried to smile, but her eyes must have given away how tired she seemed. "You don't look so well..."

She shook her head, and then sat up with unexpected energy. "I had another crazy dream Friday night!"

He looked puzzled, back at her. "Then why didn't you tell me when I called you that Saturday morning?"

She felt guilty, a bit. "I figured the message would be understood better if I said it in person..."

He nodded. "I understand. Would you like to talk about it now, or continue our discussion on the first dream?"
