The last of this world’s sanity just went out the window.

I thought he was just going to start some pun about where he got the snow from. Maybe he got it from a freezer or that it’s actually just salt. But no, he didn’t want to make things simple, as if he even attempted to with all the flying earlier. He just had to create snow, everywhere and for the first time in forever snow actually came on time around Arendelle. I can hear the distant cheers from the people at the palace.

ack Frost was looking at me with such a handsome grin that I thought the snow that was resting on my head would melt. Then I noticed how we both still had our arms around each other. I quickly let go of him and he too let go of me. I walked around. This really is snow. I was hands down amazed. I can’t believe everything that has happened is true.

Who is he and what is he? Is he somehow related to Queen Elsa since they had the same powers?

This is…” I said under my breath as I continued to look around. Snow already started to pile up on the ground.

“Cool right?” he says as he follows behind. Somehow when he got the snow to fall I felt more relaxed around him. I didn’t feel he was a threat anymore, but something about him still made me feel uneasy.

“It’s amazing.” I said. “Yeah.” Olaf, the snowman, replied.

Then after maybe a few more minutes of walking I got my full attention back to Jack. I turned around and see him still staring at me.

“How did you do that?” I asked him.

“Well, it’s pretty normal really. I’ve been able to do that for as far as I can remember.” Jack answers his eyes showing another form of feeling that I can’t quite explain.

I looked around again. We continued down the alleys at the heart of downtown.

“This is unbelievable. What are you? Are you some kind of magician?” I ask him as we continue to walk around the empty streets.

“Hmm…I’m not pretty sure myself since Man in the Moon never really told me anything other than my name.” He answers. Man in the Moon? That Armstrong guy?

“But I have heard tons of versions of who I really am. A friendly spirit who if provoke kills my victims by covering them with snow or turning them into frost. Some say I was an angry spirit who didn’t receive gifts for Christmas and unleashed frosty winters. Some refer to my name as just an expression. But mostly they say I am the personification of crisp, cold winter weather and one truth is that I am the one responsible for the frosty fern-like patterns on windows on cold winter mornings. I guess I can be a myth, a legend, a ghost, a character in various tales, but if I were to choose, I’d be something like a Winter Spirit.”

Is this guy serious?

But then, what else would explain his unnatural abilities? I don’t know what’s happening to the world but it’s really giving me a headache now.

“A Winter Spirit?” I echoed.

Then I thought about it. A spirit? Some did say that Queen Elsa happened to meet a snow spirit in his first winter as Queen. Was that story true? Is Jack Frost really a spirit and if he really is one, was he the one that they referred to in the stories?

What’s more is that Jack seems to know Queen Elsa.

“Yeah. And only people who believe in me get to see me. It seems like your parents have quite the taste to refer to me during winter. What kind was I when they introduced my name to you?” Jack says. I look back to him who was happily jumping from one house to another. Olaf was following behind me, looking awestruck of the houses in both sides.
