There I sit,
Body going numb,
Eyes turning grey,
Waiting for my lungs to breathe their last breath,
Waiting for my eyes to cry their last tear,
Waiting for my last day.

There I sit,
Limbs going limp,
Arms gushing blood,
Waiting for my lungs to breathe their last breath,
Waiting for my eyes to cry their last tear,
Waiting for my last day.

There I sit,
A heart with no hope,
A body with no fear,
My lungs breathing their last breath,
My eyes crying their last tear,
Embracing my last day.
