Chapter 6 Lost

Harley-

The parade was over and Gerard was welcoming the newcomer. It was a 13 year old boy and he was so scared and confused. I felt so bad for him. He was only 13 years old... I tried going over to him and Gerard but I got lost in the crowd as everyone started to leave. I bumped into numerous people who pushed passed me, giving me strange looks wondering why I'm going the other way. I just tell them sorry and keep moving. I finally made it passed everyone, but once I reached the float, nobody was there. Ray, Bob, Mikey, Frank, Gerard. Even the kid. I looked back at the crowd that was now in a distance to see if they were with the crowd but I didn't see them.

Where are they? "Gerard? Mikey? Guys?" I called out but got no answer. I sighed and started walking. Maybe they're looking for me. But I didn't see them with the rest of the crowd. Maybe I should go back to the house and wait there. Shouldn't be that hard to find. It's a pretty big house so I think I should be able to find it. All I have to do is remember my way back to the city.

I'm lost. Fan fucking tastic! "GERARD?! MIKEY?! FRANK?! BOB?! RAY?!" I called out for the millionth time. I had been out here searching for at least an hour now. I can't find my way back to the city and I haven't seen any sign of anyone! I was all alone. I had no one now. I sat down behind a pile of debris and started crying. My head shot up when I heard growling.

Gerard-

The parade was over and I couldn't find Harley! I ran through the city searching all over for her! I couldn't hear her heart beat so I ran back to where the parade took place. I ran into Ray on my way there. "Did you find her?!" I asked in a panicked. He shook his head. "No. She's not at the float. Bob checked the house and she's not there either!" He replied. "FUCK!" I shouted and threw a large hunk of metal.

"I couldn't hear her heart beat in the city! She's gotta still be around here somewhere! I'm not going home until I find her!" I stated loudly and walked passed him. I've only known Harley a week but I've really come to like her a lot. I don't think I've ever felt this strong towards someone who's alive! Not since I was alive. If I don't find her she might die. It's never really happened here before so I don't know what will happen if she does. If she'll just end up here again or not. Ray caught up to me. "I don't know man. I've checked this area over at least four times. I don't think she's here either." He said.

I looked up at the sky and noticed it was getting dark. Shit. I need to hurry before it turns pitch black out. Since I'm the ruler here, I'm the only one who can see at night. "I'll look again. In the mean time you and the others go home. Ray are you sure you searched the whole area?" I asked. "Well... The only place I haven't checked is the great beyond. You don't think she went in there-" Ray was cut off when I abruptly stopped and stared at him in horror.

I then turned around and sprinted for the great beyond. That place is nothing but pure evil! If Harley really is in the great beyond and something finds her... Oh god, no! I won't let this happen. Not to Harley. It was already pitch black out but I could still see. As I got closer to the great beyond I could hear Harley's fast heartbeat. Shit! I heard a blood curdling scream. Harley... I hope I'm not too late.
