Harley-

I ran in complete darkness, not knowing where I was running. I couldn't see anything. I kept falling over things. The growling and snarling just got louder and louder. I tripped for the 10 millionth time and something scratched my leg and began to drag me.

I let out a blood curdling scream. It lifted me up and slammed me back to the ground. I coughed and wheezed. I think I felt my ribs break again. The darkness roared. I covered my face with my arms and screamed again. But the monster never attacked again.

The darkness began to cry in pain. I could hear a sickening squish and bone cracking. Then I heard loud footsteps sprinting away, the cries of the darkness leaving it. But I wasn't alone. I could hear panting. "Harley?" They asked. I perked up.

My heart raced faster, but not from fear. From relief and joy. "Gerard?" I called. I started to cry out of joy for being saved. "Wh-where are you? I can't see anything." I called. "Dear God." He whispered. I felt him scoop me up and started running.

"It's ok, you're safe, but you're hurt badly." He said. I wrapped my arms around his neck and buried my face in the crook of his neck. We entered a building that was brightly lit. I tightly closed my eyes at the blinding light. I squinted my eyes, letting them adjust to the light.

Once I was able to open my eyes, Gerard was laying me down on a bed. I was in the hospital. I looked down at my legs and see four huge slashes going down from my knees to my ankles. I looked up at Gerard to see he's covered in blood and has a worried look on his face.

His gloved hand reached out and held my scraped up one. "I'm so sorry I let this happen..." He said quietly. I shook my head. "I-it w-wasn't y-your fault. I-I got lost in the c-crowd." I weakly replied. "I NEED A FUCKING DOCTOR IN HERE!!!" Gerard shouted to the staff.

Three doctors ran inside. All were girls. They were rushing around, setting up and x-ray, checking my legs, and checking my pulse. Everyone's voices sounded like they were under water. My vision began to go blurry. "Everything's going to be alright.

I promise." I heard Gerard's voice through all the noise. I felt a light pressure on my forehead. Just after that, I passed out.
