It's not a coincidence I'm here
It's different every year
Challenges lurking near by
I'll just move on with a sigh
Because this is my life,
I look out into the city lights
in the dead of the night
This won't scare me
Anymore
Just I wish I didn't have to leave
It's another closing door
As I say goodbye
once again
This message that I send
leaving behind
My one and only crime
Being left alone
With nobody to hold
It's the reason I am here
It happens every year
leaving you behind....
