"Hey guys. Wait, Emma? I didn't know you were coming" Blake greeted us as we walked in the door.

"Hey Blake!" I replied and he gave me a quick hug. It was a bit awkward because I assumed Hunter had told everyone he was bringing me but I guess not.

"Emma do you want a drink?" Hunter asked me.

"Yes please, I'll have whatever you're having" I told him.

"Okay, I'll be back in a second" he informed me, leaving me and Blake alone.

"You look beautiful, it's so nice to see you again" Blake said to me.

"Aw thank you, and it's nice to see you too" I said in return.

"Hey Blake" A girl slurred as she wrapped her arms around his neck and made sure she got in between me and him.

"Hey Em" he giggled.

"Who's this?" she rudely asked whilst pointing at me. She was very drunk and you could smell beer on her from a mile away.

"I'm Emma, who are you?" I answered, replying before Blake could introduce me.

"I'm Emily, Blake's girlfriend" she snapped, sticking her nose up at me as if I was a threat to her. I didn't know Blake had a girlfriend, it's kind of weird that he does because he was giving me loads of compliments.

"Well it's nice to meet you" I said. It really wasn't but I didn't want to be mean to Blake's girlfriend when I was invited to this party and I was trying to make a good impression to everyone.

"I wish I could say the same" she spat. She then gave Blake a sloppy kiss right in front of me to try to make me jealous. "Let's go somewhere" she said to him when they parted.

"Okay" he agreed. "Sorry about her" he whispered to me when she started to walk away from us.

He followed her and then I saw Hunter on his way back so a smile grew on my face.

"Here you go, it's a lemonade. I hope you like that. It's all I could find" Hunter informed me as he passed me my drink.

"I love lemonade, thank you" I smiled.

"So what just happened with Blake and his drunk girlfriend?" he chuckled.

"I have no idea, she was a mess. I think she was trying to make me jealous of them" I confessed. I know I said I was trying not to be mean but I felt comfortable enough to let out my feelings in front of Hunter.

"I hate her. She's always on the tour bus and she's so annoying. I don't think I've ever seen her sober" he laughed. "Anyways, there's a big game of truth or dare going on in the other room, do you want to join? We don't have to but I think it'll be fun" he asked me.

"Yeah that'll be cool. Let's go" I smiled. I didn't want to go, I really wanted to spend more time with Hunter but I didn't want to ruin his evening. He invited me and I wanted him to have fun.
