~Quinn's P.o.V.~

"Good, because my parents want to meet you." He smirked before pealing out of the parking lot.

"What!!" I shreiked. There was no way I could leave a good impression looking how I did. My hair was dishelved, my clothes all wrinkled. I no longer smelled like my almond vanilla-honey body wash, but of the rotting flesh of that rouge. "No! Not today, I look horrible!" I mentally shuddered thinking of the disapproving gaze I would get from his mom. You know how guys are scared to meet the girls dad? That's what it's like for a girl meeeting the guys mother.

"You look beautiful. Don't even worry about it, they are going to love you." Ethan cast me a reasuring look and rested his hand on my thigh, lightly tracing lazy circles. His touch instantly soothed me and made me relax.

We drove in silence for awhile, before I got bored, as I usually do.

"Wanna play 21 questions?" I asked, grabbing his hand and playing with his fingers.

"Sure. I'll start. Favorite color?"

I thought a moment before replying, "Lime green. No! wait! Turquoise. Maybe. Or maybe like a baby blue. Oh! Seafoam. I honestly don't know." He laughed at me which caused me to grin. I playfully hit him on the arm, "Fine, if it's so simple, what's your favorite color?"

"Easy, the color of your eyes. A perfectly swirled hazel."

I swear, my heart did a little flip and I smiled like a maniac. Despite the limitations of my seatbelt, I leaned over and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek. Now it was his turn to half a goofy grin plastered over his face. I rested my head on his shoulder and we kept asking questions untill we arrived at the packhouse.

He pulled up infront of a beautiful log house. Scratch that, mansion. Wait, no, resort. Resort is a better way to describe this place. There was an absolutley stunning flower garden that surrounded the house. Ethan came around to my side of the car and opened the door, taking my hand in his, and let me step out before closing it. I let out a shaky breath, the ease I felt in the car was now nonexistent. My stomach felt like it turned into a taffy puller. Stretching, pulling, flipping, and folding inside of me. My knees were threatning to collapse out from under me.

"Hey, I'll be here the whole time, it's ok." Ethan cooed in my ear.

We got up to the front doors, and were met by a surprisingly short, but just as beautiful as I had imagined. Right behind her, stood a man who radiated power.

"Alpha, Luna." I bowed my head in respect.

"Oh dear, no need for such formalities. Please, call me Kathrine, and this is James." She pulled me into a hug, and I suddenly felt very comfotable around them.

"I'm Quinn," I replied, pulling away from the hug, "I'm from the Fire Crest Pack. I believe you met my father already, Alpha Andrew."

"Yes, of course! Oh do please come in. Would you like to stay for dinner? I put a roast in the oven."

I chuckled seeing as she already started before giving me time to accept her offer, "That'd be amazing. Would you like me to help you with anything?"

"If you would peel a few potatoes, then put them in that pot over there, I would apprecaite it." She smiled at me and I felt Ethan come up behind me and put his arms around my waist.

"I'll be back, I need to go discuss the position of alpha being passed onto me with my father, ya know, since I found my mate." He winked at me towards the end and I felt a light blush threatening to form on my cheeks.

"Alright, I think I will be fine with your mom here in the kitchen. Try not to take too long though, ok?"

"We won't" He smiled at me one last time bfore following his father through the hall.

Kathrine and I talked about various things while waiting for the boys to finish up. She was a very witty and gentle person. I hoped I could live up to her when I became luna. The thought made me a little jumpy, but also quite excited.

Before we knew it, the guys were back and James swept Kathrine into a hug. I hoped that would be Ethan and me when we were older. I took the roast out of the oven for her, and James sliced it. Ethan set the table, and it was like we I had known them forever. There was never an awkward silence, but the air was filled with gentle, floating laughter. It was a truly wonderful meal. I was almost sad as Ethan got ready to take me home. I said my goodbyes, but I knew I would be seeing them quite a bit from now on.

We drove in a comfortable silence for about five minutes, before Ethan spoke first.

"I was wondering something..." He sounded nervous, yet slightly hopeful and excited.

"Yeah?"

"I know it's a big step, so don't feel pressured. And since you just met my parents, and just moved here. I shouldn't have even brought it up..." He had the same nervous habbit of rambing that I did. I giggled which caused him to focus again. "I was just wondering if I could introduce you as luna to the pack soon." He reached up and scratched at the back of his neck.

"Um, not this week, but after I've settled in a little more, I'd be fine with it. What if we plan the party for next Friday?" I was a little nervous about meeting the pack, but if they were anything like Kathrine and James, I knew it'd be fine. If we did it next Friday it'd give me a solid 10 days to adjust.

After talking about the party and his pack, we had arrived to my home, which now seemed tiny in comparison to the mansion we just left. He opened my door for me agian, and walked me up to my front door.

"I know we only met today, but I already can't imagine what my life would have ended up without you in it," he paused to tilt my chin up, having me look him in the eyes. "Quinn Hall, I think I am already madly in love with you."
