While on my way home I wondered how Frost used fire, why she wanted revenge and why Nick didnt want to join the team.
Looks like it was time to do some research.
When I arrived home I went inside as quiet as a mouse but then I heard a voice say,
"Where have you been?"
When I turned on the light I realized it was my mom and dad and I knew I Was busted.
"Umm.....I was with my friends," I replied
"Doing?" Dad asked,
"Doing......Homework," I answered
"Dont lie, I read your mind," Mom said
"Oh so you know about the cleaning?" I asked
"As well as the fight," Mom said
"Now go to your room your grounded!" Dad exclaimed
"But Dad!" I Yelled
"No but's, your lucky we dont send you back to Spellbound High!" Dad yelled
"Ugh this Is so unfair!" I yelled while going angrily to my room.
I threw down my bag and jumped into my bed. Then I remembered I still had research to do. I took up my laptop and searched for Killer Frost. After a bit more research I found why Frost had fire powers.
Suddenly I heard footsteps. I closed my laptop and pretended to sleep but I Didnt get back up I just fell asleep
The Next Day
I woke up and took up my phone to check my messages but then I saw the time,
"7:30! School starts at 8! We are late!" I yelled.
I put down my phone and went to take a shower. When I was done I put on my clothes and then went to knock on my parents door.
" *Knock, Knock, Knock* Mom we're gonna be late! *Knock, Knock, Knock*" I yelled.
My dad opened the door.
"They already left," He said
"WHAT!" I yelled
I quickly grabbed my bag, took up my phone, opened the portal to school and then left. My powers are working better than normally.
When I arrived at school I quickly ran to my first class.
A Few Hours Later
It was finally lunch time so I went to the cafeteria to find the rest of the team. I saw them sitting at a table just for us.
"Guys guess what!" I exclaimed
"What?" They asked
"I found out why Frost has fire," I answered
I took out my computer and showed them them my research.
"Her father is Firestorm," I said
