Game day vs. ROS

Finally! After weeks of go hard trainings and extra hours in the gym, Coach told me I'll be the starting point guard for today's game. :) I'm currently waiting for Cay para sabay kami pumunta sa Arena. Since she was discharged from the hospital 3 weeks ago, I made sure na I'm around Cay para narin mabantayan yun food intake and meds niya since hindi pa masyado nakaka- recover yung katawan niya. In short, naging personal alalay, driver and pseudo- bestfriend ako ng girlfriend ko. *smiles* Speaking of, 3 weeks narin since na last kinausap ni Cay and Jeric.

....flashback...

Today, we are currently having a photoshoot as a favor for a good friend. We were asked to endorse shoes! Sympre new experience rin to for us, our first photo shoot together! Una ayaw pa ni Cay kasi di naman daw siya hindi siya La Sallian, pero after pilitan and madaming queso de bola cheesecake, pumayag rin si Boss! Tapos na kami ni Martin, so its Cay and Anna's turn to model the shoes. Since ayaw naman ako payagan manuod ng beauty queen like girlfriend ko dahil nahihiya siya, I opt to stay here sa tent para di mainit.

Since both our phones are placed on Cay's bag, I checked if it was my phon, baka important call or text. Pero mali, it was Cay's phone that was a ticking bomb...

Yes, they are all from Jeric. Mostly puro ganyan lang text niya, nangangamusta nagsasabi na pupunta pero ni isang reply from Cay wala. Daig pa nito yun silent treatment eh I know I should be happy kasi sympre, wala na akong kaagaw sa atensyon ni Cay. I don't have to worry Jeric being around and fussy to Cay. Pero kasi, I can see in Cay's eyes sadness, longing and anger towards Jeric. What he did was wrong pero he is her bestfriend, kahit ikutin ko man mundo, they are the best of friends. Kahit papano mas masakit yun pain dahil nga parang na- betray ka, na intentionally ka nasaktan ng someone close to you, someone who you thought was your bestfriend... Pero we are entitled to miss our friends, right?

Cay: Oh, sorry ang ingay ba phone ko? Hayaan mo na yan. Nakalimutan ko siguro i- silent. *smiles*

LA: Ayaw mo parin ba siya kausapin? Baka naman kasi may explanation yun tao? He is your bestfriend..

Cay: *laughs* bestfriend? Not. Wala na ako bestfriend. Baka he called kasi he wants to thank me, dahil nga I bailed him out of my life. Hayaan mo na siya. Mapapagod rin yan.

LA: But...

Cay: Basta, No Jeric Teng in my life. Period. Okay na ako dun. Tara na baby.. Let's take our couple shots na raw. *pulls hands*

Cay: Baby!!! Sorry ang tagal ko ba? Tara na?

LA: *surprised*

Cay: Awww. Panget ba suot ko? Sige papalit lang ako... *about to go up.*

LA: Don't change na. Ganda mo nga eh. Sabi ko na eh, jersey ko palang bagay na sayo. What if kung yung last name ko na? *smirks*

Wow, just wow. I'm really a lucky bastard. I'm shocked but happy to see Cay wearing my jersey for today together with her janoski digi camo which I gave her. Naka- white jersey kasi kami kaya hiniram niya yun black. I would always fantasize Cay wearing my jersey while watching my games and now its real. I'm more pumped up to play my A game today, para na talaga akong may personal cheerleader sa crowd. Dati, Cay would only something green or white when she watches my game, only today that he opted to wear my jersey. She knows na today's an important day in my life, so she wants to support me. I'll always the lucky one. *smiles*
