Forever Is A Long Time

We've been at this project for two weeks. I've gone to Jake's house every day after school. We gave our projects in today, everyone was amazed at mine. I put a shoulder portrait of him in the middle with a forest background, and all his different sports too. I made everything black and white, except him, he was full of color cause that how I think he is. He loves nature and is a sports fan that acts all tough but there's more than what meets the eyes. There's other details too but that's the main parts.

I'm going to a party tonight. I wore a 3/4 red flannel shirt, high waisted ripped jean shorts and black combat boots. (Outfit at top, along with her necklaces). My two necklaces of a heart and locket and my bracelet and armbands on my right arm.

I grabbed my keys for my Shelby and headed to the garage, locking the door behind me.

I got to the party and it was at a pretty big house. The party was already in full swing so I parked my car and went inside, I saw couples on the lawn, people passed out and others dancing.

I went to the kitchen and got myself a bottle of water, chugging it down, going to the dance floor.

I dance for about half an hour alone, just the way I like it, when I feel muscular arms wrap around me from behind. I push the guy off of me after he said, "Let's leave here."

I walked towards the kitchen and got another water, going back to dance. It was around 1am and I needed a bathroom, so I went to search for one.

I found one down the hall and did my business. I exited the bathroom and the guy from the dancefloor was there, waiting.

When he saw me, he smirked and pushed me against the wall, taking my arms and pinning them against the wall above my head. I tried to kick him, but I couldn't. I tried to push him away, but he was too big and heavy.

I screamed but he quickly punched me and then held his hand over my mouth.

"That was one dumb move, little girl." he snarled. "I'm going to remove my hand and you better not make a sound, got it?!"

I nodded and he took his hand away from my mouth, putting it on my waist.

I closed my eyes and he was just about to do something else, but suddenly he was ripped away from me.

I opened my eyes and they widened at who I saw standing in front of me. He punched and kicked the guy until he was bleeding and unconscious on the floor.

He pulled me closer and I hugged him back tightly. He whispered sweet nothings in my ear trying to calm me down. I didn't even realize I was crying until I felt his shirt was wet. I pulled away and apologized.

He gave me a small smile and led me to an open room and sat me on the bed. I was exhausted, so he laid me down on the bed and I soon fell asleep, hearing the door shut and the lock click.

It's been more than a month. I don't even know where she is. But I want her back. I've been having trouble sleeping, focusing and controlling myself and my wolf.

I'm at one of my friends parties and something just told me I had to look up and towards the dance floor. I look in the direction of the dance floor, continuing to ignore all the girls around me who wants to 'show' me something in their rooms.

I see the back of a girls head, she has chestnut brown hair. A guy has his arms around her waist and it angers my wolf.

'Someone's touching mate.' he growls.

'But we already found our mate, Mack.' I say confused.

He stays silent and I know he is also confused. I look up and see the girl push the guy away and my wolf howls in joy.

'She rejected him! Go to mate!' he yells in my head

'Yeah Yeah, I'm going, no need to shout.' I tell him and cut the connection.

When I look to where the girl was, she was nowhere insight.

I started to look around for her. I had to find her, I just had to.

I've looked everywhere but couldn't find her. I couldn't follow a scent since there was too many people around and I didn't know what she smelled like. She must've left, or I just missed her.

I go back to the living room, going outside and sitting on the porch.

'Liam, come help me please. One of the guys here tried to take advantage of a girl. I might've beaten him into a bloody pulp.' my cousin, Jake, said through mindlink.

'Where are you Jake? I'm coming.' I say and after he tells me where, I cut the connection.

I walk inside and towards him. I see him, another pack member and a guy on the floor at the end of the hall. I walk closer and greet them, seeing the guy on the floor was also one of my pack members.

"Take him to Caleb at the house and tie him to the bed. I'll deal with him later. Where's the girl?" I ask Jake.

"I took her to one of the rooms upstairs. She's asleep. I locked the door from the outside, but she'll be able to open it from inside." he said.

I nodded and walk away, back to the kitchen. I got another beer and chugged it down. Werewolves have a high tolerance for alcohol so it takes more to get drunk and we don't get as bad hangovers as humans. And because I'm Alpha, it takes even more for me.

I can feel myself becoming a bit tipsy.

"Pool party!" someone shouted and almost everyone went outside. All the guys took their shirts off, some their pants too, and their shoes and socks. People jumped into the pool from the roof and got into fights with each other. Most people at this party, in this town, we're werewolves but not everyone. And the humans didn't know of us except if they were mated to one of my pack members.

I ran and jumped from the roof, landing in the swimming pool, splashing everyone in distance.

I was drunk, like everybody else at this party. I'm actually glad Dean made me come. I had to let loose for a bit and have fun. Even though I was drunk, there was still a part of my mind that said someone important to me was here, but I ignored it for the time being.

The sun's starting to come up and everyone passed out around an hour ago, me included. I woke up from the sun shining in my face, laying outside on the grass.

People began to wake up and leave the house to go home.

"I just went to check on that girl from last night. She's gone." Jake told me.

I nodded and we left to go to the pack house. I have to go to the gym today for some more training.

I'll do that later today. But for now, I'm gonna go sleep for a few hours and do some work then I'll hit the gym.
