Forever Is A Long Time

Mack didn't return. Where is she and what happened to her? I hope she is fine.

I've been searching everywhere for her. I just couldn't find her. It's like she disappeared off of the face of the earth. I contacted packs all over and asked if they have seen her, or if they could help search, or call if they have seen her.

I was going crazy. And it doesn't help that my father was attacked while going on a run. He is badly hurt but doctors said that he'll pull through. I was stressed and going crazy.

My mom said that she's probably dead or didn't want me. She found a she wolf who's mate died, but she was still strong. My mom said I should just forget Mack and mate with her. I couldn't, I wouldn't.

It's been more than a week. I haven't marked the girl, Aurora, yet, but I've 'relieved' my stress like I did before I found Mack. Through girls. I know I shouldn't, since I found Mack, my mate, but my wolf and I are so stressed we didn't care. We ignored that little voice that said it was wrong.

I will get her back, I just won't tell her what happened while she was gone.

[Mack]
"Sir, it looks like she is starved and dehydrated. I don't know when she'll wake up, but a close eye should be kept on her, making sure she eats and drinks enough water and healthy food. And it looks like she isn't sleeping well either, or doesn't even sleep maybe."

I groaned and opened my eyes to see a white ceiling. I sat up and was extremely dizzy. I felt a hand on my shoulder, pushing me back down. I closed my eyes for a moment and opened them, to come face to face with the Alpha dude.

He looked at me confused as if he was trying to figure me out. It was starting to make me uncomfortable. He started pacing up and down, running his hand through his hair every once in a while.

He stopped in front of me and said, "I've been watching you this week. I've tried figuring you out, watching you through the cameras that were in every cell. You are impossible to figure out. I've never had such a person that I couldn't figure out. It's frustrating! I have one question to ask you, why?

Why would you give all your food to that mutt, and most, almost all your water to it? I just don't get why you would keep that mutt full and healthy and let yourself starve and put yourself in danger? Training without all the nutrients, or any, is dangerous. And then you're also dehydrated, for what? A mutt!"

I was angry. "That 'mutt' has a name, Loki. And he is the sweetest thing ever. The only mutt here is you! And I'd gladly give my food if it saves someone, or something else. If someone ate an hour ago and I ate a week ago, I'd still give the other person my food if he was still hungry." I said.

"Watch your attitude! And I did figure out that you put others before yourself. But, why? I saw that you made sure that guy next to you, wasn't thinking about where he was, that you kept his mind off of the situation. And that you kept that wolf healthy and happy, even though you weren't.

And you also don't sleep, you're more passed out, but don't rest and it's only for a few minutes. And when you sleep, something haunts you, your past. Why? That's the only thing I'm asking cause I can't figure it out and it's infuriating!" he ran his hand through his hair.

"A monster like you wouldn't understand. Now, if that's all, take me back to the cells, kill me, or let Loki and I go, along with Damon." I said, starting to get up.

"We're doing none. Someone's bringing you some food and water and then you have to sleep." he said, pushing me, once again, back down on the bed.

"Where's Loki? Is he even fed?" I asked, worried.

"Someone will take food and water down to him. I see what kind of person you are, saw it this whole week. So that's why I'll tell you and show you, this." he said and took a deep breath.

"Your precious mate, Liam, has been sleeping with another girl since you were here." he stood back and turned the TV on, showing a room that I see is Liam's, with all the pictures of him.

I then saw him, and another girl, together in bed. I just looked at the screen emotionless, that was a live feed.

"What do you feel, Mack? I just can't read you, so tell me." the guy said.

"I feel numb. But it's not because of him or any of this. Where are we? And is it possible for me to go back and catch him in the act?" I asked.

He pondered it for a while and then nodded and said, "We are a hefty amount of hours from your home, but we can go back. I actually only took you, to make him suffer because he is a stronzo, not to bargain with him since he doesn't have anything I don't, since I have the strongest pack in the world. So I'll take you back to humiliate him."

He walked out, just as another guy, pushing a cart with alot of food and drinks came in.

"Wait! Who are you?" I asked him. He just shook his head.

"That, you don't need to know, Il mio piccolo fiore." (my little flower). He said.

"Here you go, Mack. Eat everything. Doctors orders." the guy said and was about to leave when I stopped him.

"Who are you? And is Loki fed?" he bit his lip and nodded.

"Loki is fed. And I'm ... Ethan." he was hesitant at telling me his name but did, then quickly left.

Ethan had brown hair, green eyes and a strong jawline and was really buff, full of muscles too.

I sighed and ate all the food, and drank all the water. I slept for awhile.

I woke up with someone trying to calm me down. I opened my eyes and it was the Alpha. He was trying to calm me down, I had another horrible nightmare again.

When I was calm, he asked, "Are you alright?" I nodded, unable to speak.

"Come on, we're ready to go back when you are done." he said and helped me up.

He took me to a room and into the bathroom, "There's a set of clothes on the counter and towels. Use anything in the bathroom and just come out when you're done."

He left and closed the door. I stripped and got in the shower washing my hair and body.

When I was clean, I got out and dried myself off, getting changed. It was men's sweats and a t-shirt. I walked back out and saw the Alpha laying on the bed.

"Raimondo." he suddenly said. I looked at him confused, and he continued, "My name, is Raimondo."

I nodded and he stood up, leading the way outside and to a big black car.

"Lucian, to Liam's territory." he said.

"Mack, this is Lucian."

I smiled at him, in greeting.

Raimondo had black hair, high cheekbones and a firm, strong jawline. His hair had a bit of a wave in it and he had a lot of muscles, you could see it through his dress shirt. But his eyes, they were magnificent. The had a black ring around the outer iris, then were an almost white and had a hazel ring around the pupil.

Lucian had dirty blonde hair, blue eyes and had high cheekbones.

I put my head on Raimondo's shoulder and fell asleep just as Loki jumped into the car, and on my lap.
