I'm shocked to see Yammy.

"Yam!" I exclaim.

"You should've known! I just acted like I liked you! I secretly hated you this entire time! You're such a slut!" Yammy says.

That's it!

I open the car door, and hop out.

I run all the way back to Lizzie's house.

I run into her arms, sobbing.

"Yammy and Joel kidnapped me!" I cry.

"Oh, my baby! I'm never letting you leave the house without me again!" Lizzie exclaims.

She just holds me in her arms.

I feel safe, and I know I'll always be.
EIGHT MONTHS LATER
Hope and I are sitting at the hospital, awaiting the birth of the twins.

Hope got out of rehab seven months ago.

Yammy and Joel were both arrested for my kidnapping.

Hope is completely recovered, and strong.

She and Diego are still going strong.

Cole and I broke up again, and Phoenix and I started to talk over DMs.

We exchanged numbers, and she asked me out.

I said yes, and Lizzie and Hope wee supportive.

A doctor walks in.

"They've been born." he announces.

We run into Lizzie's room.

She's already out cold, and Gavin's standing by the bed.

"Can I pick one of the babies up?" Hope asks.

"Sure. Just be careful." Gavin replies.

Hope picks the boy up, so I take the girl.

"Her name's gonna be Cassidy Laurel." Gavin tells me.

I cradle her in my arms.

"Welcome to your life, Cassidy. I'm Lia. I'll be 16 in two weeks." I say.

"They're so cute!" Hope squeals.

"The boy's name is gonna be Noah Austin." Gavin informs us.

I plant a kiss on Cassidy's head.

She's just so cute!

She has big, unique greenish-blue eyes, and Noah has the exact same colored eyes.

"It was a pretty hard birth." the doctor says.

"Who was born first?" I ask.

"Cassidy was born 11 seconds before Noah." the doctor says.

Lizzie yawns, and we all turn to her.

"You're awake!" I exclaim.

"The babies are so cute!" she squeals.

We all laugh.

I hand Cassidy to her, and she holds her close to her chest.

I've never felt so happy in my life.

I have two new(un biological) siblings.

Lizzie and Gavin are hugging tightly, and everyone's smiling, even the doctor.

Lizzie and I have gone through some rough times.

But we've stuck together and stayed best friends.

We've gone through ups and downs; the tour, Hope's self harm, everything.

But everything has gotten better.

I have a beautiful girlfriend, and everyone else is in a happy relationship.

I now have a beautiful sister(Hope), and two baby siblings.

I wrap Hope in a hug.

She has tears of joy streaming down her face.

Right now my life is perfect, and I couldn't wish for anything more.

I can't believe I'm ending this story.

But it need to end.

I never, in a million years, thought that this story would come so far.
