Lucy didn't talk about 'Mister Steven' much any more. I felt quite bad for her as she really wanted to see him again. On the up-side, the morning sickness was pretty much non-existent. As I walked into my room to put laundry away, I noticed the closet door was open.
"Hello?"
"Hey." oh, it was Randy. I put the laundry basket down and went to go see what he was doing.
"I found my box. Full of baby photos and stuff." He held up a picture of a ginger woman holding up a baby. Randy started tearing up.
"Come here. It'll all be okay." I kissed his cheek and took his hand. "Come with me." He got up and walked downstairs.

"Mommy? Where are we going?" Lucy asked as I began strapping her into the car seat. Randy was at work and I needed to do some business.
"We're going to Tami's honey." As I started the car engine, her face lit up.
"Yay! Mommy, does that mean I get to see Xavier?" She asked. I giggled.
"Of course it does. I don't think his daddy took him out."
As I pulled out of the driveway, my phone buzzed. I decided to wait until I got to Tami's. The entire drive up to Tami's was Lucy telling me about her fake wedding to Xavier.
"I'm not really married to him, mommy. Boys are gross." I giggled.
"But daddy's a boy, so's mister Steven-"
"Yeah but they're different." I giggled as we pulled into the driveway.

Lucy brought Xavier into a bone crushing hug. Tami would have her hands full today. I knew I had to sort this business out however, Lucy would be happier with Tami if anything happened to me. It was dangerous, I knew how he would play up.
'Still coming? Remember to come alone.'
To say that I was scared would be an understatement.
"Do you want some coffee, Ruby?" Tami asked. Tami was dressed in full lounge gear with her black, curly hair tied in a messy bun. For thirty years old she still looked amazing.
"I'm sorry but I really need to get going, but, when I come to pick Lucy up, if the offers still there-"
"Of course! The offers always there."

"So, you did turn up." I felt a pair of hands on my shoulders.
"Y-yeah." I nodded my head. I felt his breath on my neck.
"So, Am I allowed to see Lucy, and you again?" I sighed. I was frightened to give him an answer.
"N-no." I whispered. I noticed a change in him. Almost as if he was trying to hold back his anger.
"What do you mean, 'no'. I've changed?" His breathing was shaky. I felt his hands rest on my waist. His hands rested on my stomach. I felt him tense up. "What's this?" My eyes widened. I tried to cover my bump so he wouldn't notice it.
"I-it's nothing." I felt his lips on my neck. Oh god not again.
"Are you pregnant, again?" I let out a shaky "yes."
"I doubt I'll be able to see this one either. However, once you forget about Lucy-"
"Don't you dare! I'll never forget her. She's my daughter for gods sake!" He lashed out. He slammed my face against the wall. He gave multiple blows everywhere apart from the bump. It's as if he cared about the baby. Once he was done harming me, he whispered "I will see my Granddaughter. Whether you allow me to or not."
