Let's celebrate the new year!
I know I'm kinda four days too late, but...
2017!Weiss: you really don't have much more to say, do you?
Author: Nup! That's where you, my dear, are wrong!
Weiss: *Scowls* did you really just call me: my dear?
Author: I dunno, I was just trying it out.
Weiss: I think you need a come at a different angle.
Author: something we can both agree on.
Weiss: *huffs* *rolls eyes* so, what is this stuff that you want to talk about?
Author: the fact that I'm gonna be publishing my long-worked on original book called: The Elementals.
Weiss: The Elementals? Seriously? Couldn't you come up with anything better?
Author: Nope! I had nothing much to go on since the title kinda sums up the book. Anyhow, it's too late to change. I've already asked an amazing person to make the cover for me. It looks awesome.
Weiss: So basically, you want everyone to read this book of yours?
Author: Yup.
Weiss: And you're just randomly advertising it in this book?
Author: Yup.
Weiss: And you want to make it popular?
Author: Yup.
Weiss: So will you give us a short summary of this book?
Author: Yup.
Weiss: Can you stop saying yup?
Author: Yup.
Weiss: O.o Stop.
Author: Yup.
Weiss: Seriously, it's starting to freak me out.
Author: *grumbles* fine.
Weiss: Thank you.
So here's the description!
Fire.
Air.
Earth.
Water.
Light.
Dark.Eronia-a place split into four, a modern, yet ancient land.
The Fire Kingdom lies to the northeast, where bush lands thrive in the intense heat, and a deep gorge running along the centre of the district slashed the place almost in half like a sword, filled with the ashes of long forgotten foolishness, people who dared to jump over into the scorching lava below. To the northwest, there is the Air Kingdom, a place high up in the mountains, villages set on top of the high plateaus, so they could stay close to the sky, where they felt belonged.
In the southwest however, lives a kingdom completely opposite to their neighbours. The Earth Kingdom lived plainly on the land, tending to crops and farming. Lush green forests and fertile soil decorated the environment, creating idyllic scenes.
And the last kingdom, the Water Kingdom, rested along a secluded island surrounded by water and detached from the mainland. While the island itself was covered in cherry blossoms, tall trees and plenty of streams, rivers and lakes, the true beauty of the place was underwater, coral reefs with a ridiculous amount of marine life, stretching as far as the eye can see.Eronia was also a place of magic.
And this was the reason why six unlikely heroes-Victoria, Tyren, Abagail, Ethan and Iris, will represent their elements through a great journey across Eronia with only a confusing prophecy and their developing powers.
Thanks to the endless journey they have no choice but to quest, their fates will slowly entwine themselves with other's destinies, forming friendship, trust, loyalty and maybe something more...
Will they solve their own elemental turmoil in their hidden powers,
Or will they fail to see the incoming threat looming over them like a shadow in the distance before it's too late?A tale of romance, adventure, the four elements and action.
Sounds kinda cliché, doesn't it?
Weiss: hmmm.....yup.
Author: Hey! Not helping! You're supposed to say that— oh never mind....
Weiss: But since it is you we're talking about here, I guess, you have no idea what to expect. *Smiles lightly*
Author: *thinks silently inside head* YAS. I actually got a smile out of her!
Weiss: okay...?
Author: Weiss, you're right. The description doesn't actually describe the book that properly. It's just a short beginning summary that I will probably change as I write the entire story. The idea is, that it actually is a lot better than it sounds....hopefully. At least, that's what I'm aiming for.
Weiss: Right....
Author: I mean, come one! Show more support here! It took me like, two months just to finish three chapters.
Weiss: did you really have no inspiration at all?
Author: that, and the fact that I'm trying to reach a minimum of 3500 words per chapter.
Weiss: O.o.... And the maximum?
Author: about....hmmmmm....6000 perhaps.
Weiss: Whoooaahh......
Author: Yeah, I'm gonna be really pushing myself.
Weiss: What about updating schedules?
Author: I dunno, well just have to wait and see. It'll probably be really uneven at first though.
Weiss: Once a week?
Author: Depends on my inspirational level. Either that, or once every two weeks.
Weiss: Your readers will be waiting for a heck of a lot of time.
Author: *hides* hopefully...it'll be worth it.
Weiss: *sighs* You really need to get your priorities in order. What about school?
Author: *bows head in shame* yeah, I guess....
Ruby: Well, I think that concludes today's rant!
Author: Oh hi again Ruby!
Ruby:*smiles brightly* hi!
Author: thanks for the reminder btw! HL🐞,
Ruby&Weiss: Out!
-Scene Ends-
Backstage: I told you, ITS NOT FUNNY ANYMORE!!!
Backstage: STILL IS! 😝😝
