Niall's POV
Kaitlyn and I just got home from the hospital, around 2am I felt the bed was sorta wet and I saw it was blood, it was from Kaitlyn and I quickly rushed her at the hospital and we found out that we just lost our first baby.
The car ride to home was silent and I completely understand her situation.
"Ni, I'll just go upstairs to get some rest. I'm really tired." She said and went straight to the room
I want to tell her that everything is gonna be okay but it's not the time to comfort her. She needs space and I'll give it to her if that's the way to make her feel better.
I just went to the kitchen to grab some food because I didn't have breakfast this morning because Kaitlyn was in a middle of a surgery, removing the fetus.
After having breakfast/lunch I went to the bedroom to see Kaitlyn fast asleep and I went to face her and see her eyes are red and puffy. It made me sad to see her like this, I know she's having a hard time. She doesn't deserve this.
"It's gonna be alright, babe. I promise." I whispered to her and lightly kissed her on the forehead
I went to the living room to watch a Derby and get some rest. I didn't notice that I fell asleep for a few minutes, I knew I was watching but then I passed out. I heard Kaitlyn crying upstairs and I quickly went to the bedroom and see her under the blanket her back facing me. I went to her side and comfort her.
"Hey, it's okay." I said hugging her and she turned around and hugged me and even cried harder
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry for killing our child! I know I didn't took care of the baby. I--" She said sobbing but I cut her off
"Kaitlyn, I'm not blaming you for this. You didn't kill the baby, it was an accident do you got that?" I said comforting her and soothing her back to calm her down "Please don't do this to yourself. I love you." I said kissing her on the forehead and rocking her back and forth
"What if, what if we are not gonna have a baby? Will you still love me?" She said looking at me with her bloodshot eyes
"Kaitlyn what are you talking about? Of course I will still love you. Your my wife and I promised in our vows for better or for worse, sickness or health, remember?" I said wiping her tears using my thumb
"Promise?" she asked me looking me with her puppy dog eyes
"I promise, princess." I said kissing her forehead and sooth her back to calm her down
*2 weeks later*
"Babe I'm home!" I said when I entered the house bringing groceries, but Kaitlyn is nowhere to be found. So, I checked her at the kitchen she's not their. Then I went to our bedroom and saw her lying down while scrolling on her phone.
"Hey." I said to her and went beside her
"Hi." She whispered still looking at her phone
"You okay, hon?" I asked her and wrapped my arms around her stomach
"I'm okay." She smiled "I'm just not in the mood and not kinda feeling well, but I'm okay." She said kissing my forehead and that made me smile
"Are you sure? Do you need something I can--"
"No, I'm okay. Thank you." She cut me off and she was calm when she said it
"I bought a vanilla ice cream and pack of oreos today." I said to her because I know that will brighten up her day
"Really?" She grinned and I nod
"Wait, I'll get it." I said and went to the kitchen to get it.
Kaitlyn's POV
I'm so lucky to have Niall. His always their for me when I need him. He always finds a way to cheer me up. He never left my side. His just a wonderful blessing. I never asked for anything but he gave me everything. I love him so much.
He always take care of me. He was their during my darkest hours. He never gave up on us and I'm so happy to call him my husband.
"Here ya' go." He said handing me the goodies. I took it to him and just stared at him and I didn't notice I was
"Kaitlyn?" He said waving his hand on my face
"Hmm?" I said shaking my thoughts
"Are you with me?" He chuckled and that made me giggled
"Yeah." I said and pecked his lips and we shared the ice cream he bought.

I was gone for idk bc of school. I was so busy in school bc our thesis is coming and we have a stage play to perform next next week and we haven't started it and I was so busy with homeworks, quizzes and I didn't have the time to update the book. But I hope you guys understand and thank you for the support again.
