"Yeah, I guess it is," he says still smiling. "You can have it back," he hands it out to me.

"Back? It was never yours," I snapped at him.

"Well, here is your album. I was just merely admiring it," he replies. Very nice, Ashton. Very nice.

"Thank you," I said lightening my tone. I didn't want to seem rude.

"Have you heard it yet?" He asked as I continued looking through the other CDs.

"Yeah, I have," I replied.

"Well?" He asks me, leaning on the counter.

"Well what?" I ask avoiding eye contact.

"What did you think of it?" He asks me like a child asking if I thought their artwork was good or not. He was really what he seemed to be on camera.

"I liked it," I say holding back a smile. "It's one of my favorites."

"Really? Mine too," he says. What is he doing still talking to me. I find myself just staring at the CDs and not looking through them anymore. "You know, you need to move your hands if you wanna see what they are."

"Or I can shove your face in them," I tell him, looking at him. He laughs, clearly taking it as a joke which was how I wanted him to take it. Anyone else would have taken it seriously with my tone of voice.

"What's your favorite song on the album?"

"If These Sheets Were the States, you?" I ask him back. I'm getting brave here. How am I not freaking out? I just don't want him to think I'm a freak. I mean, eventually he'll find out that I'm a fan at some point in this conversation.

"Somewhere in Neverland," he says.

"That's a good one," I tell him. Well, I have nothing to talk about.

"So, what do you do for fun?" He asks me.

"I don't know, I don't really spend most of my time doing much," I tell him. I usually spend most of my time blogging and tweeting and it's at least 75% of you and your band but that's really annoying and weird to say out loud so I'll just keep this tucked away.

"You're out right now," He points out.

"Well, that's only because my friend told me to," I defend. Why am I defending the fact that I'm lame? I mentally shake my head at how stupid this entire conversation is.

"Is this friend real?" He asks me motioning around to the area around us.

"Uh, yeah," I say. "She's at Forever 21." He nods his head at me.

"Why aren't you with her?" He asks me and I wasn't going to tell him. I just left because I was tired of looking at clothes because I knew that all of them would look like shit on me.

"Why are you asking so many questions?" I asked, getting defensive again. He frowns.

"I can't get to know a person?" I open my mouth to answer but his phone goes off. He raises a finger to me as if to say 'hold on a second.' "Hallo?" He asks to the person on the phone. "Really? That's amazing!" He says. "Yeah, I love you, too. I'll see you at the show tonight, right babe?" He asks what I now assume his is girlfriend. My heart sank. He has a girlfriend? I mean, I've been skeptical about it and so has half the fandom but we all didn't want to admit it. Now, it's been confirmed for me. "Oh, that's cool. You've got plans?" He sounded dissappointed. "No, no, I understand." He sounds a bit annoyed now. "Yeah, bye." He says and he ends the phone call. "Sorry about that," he says and he was back to normal.

"It's alright," I say. "I think I should go to the check out line, the guy at the register is giving me the stink eye for not buying anything and staying so long." I didn't want to talk to Ashton any longer, which suprised me. I was getting upset over the fact that he had a girlfriend. For a second I thought he was interested. I mean, he was talking to me? I'm so dumb. I'm literally so stupid.
