How This Works. *IMPORTANT*

So this story is going to take place almost ten years after; The Bet That Broke Me, so The characters will be grown up and mature. Alison will be different than she was in the previous story and so will Aiden. They have both grown up.

Outfits will be made by me and all I can say is if you don't like them, I'm sorry. It's a story don't waste your time commenting a huge paragraph trying to tell me something I probably already know. I'm studying for law school and I want to be a lawyer. I'm a young woman and I'm dressing her how I would dress to my office. If her clothes don't seem too "appropriate" as few put it; it's mostly been when she's going to her office. To sit in a room at her desk all day. It's not like I'd send her into a meeting or trial in booty shorts, a crop top, and high heels. Come on now.

Characters~

Wont be all the same as in previous book. Different thoughts/beliefs. Different feelings so don't kill me if the book doesn't start off the way you planned it to, because I have everything planned out and I already know what and how I want to write it.

Alison- Classy/matured. Became depressed for a short while when Alyssa died, but moved on a half a year later. Is now one of the best lawyers in the city/state. Makes good money. Lives alone with her dogs, Paisley and Fallon. Was in a relationship with Wesley for a couple years before things ended badly (Will find out what happened in the second chapter) Alison being a lawyer, loves to argue and doesn't take no for an answer.

Aiden- Still very hot.. Matured quite well, is not as cocky and self centered as before, but still has that spark. After high school he moved away to London and stayed with a cousin. He was heartbroken for a while from how Alison ended things but after a year he moved on and tries to say he doesn't feel anything for her, but we all know he still has to feel at least something. Is the new co-owner of the Law Firm where his Ali works as one of the best lawyers.

Hailey- Engaged to Jay, went to the same college. Jay had a crush on Hailey but she didn't like him. He kept trying and eventually got her. Have been dating for five years, got engaged last fall. Hailey still lives in Virginia but visits Lilly and David for the holidays. Keeps in touch with Alison, they talk about everyday on the phone.

Kelsey- Married to Eli, mother of Cole who is now age nine. Lives in Washington DC, moved there four years after high school. Cole and Eli are having issues but still love each other deeply. Eli works as a principle at a high school in DC, Kelsey works as a guidance councilor a the same school. Talks to Alison frequently, Jake as much as she can, and her parents not so much.

Mel- Married to Landon, has a daughter named Meg. Is currently unemployed, Landon owns a few restaurants over the city. Mel and Alison have grown really close since moving in with each other. Mel still has that same spark she had nine years ago but has matured, and is nicer but still sarcastic.

Andy- Is currently MIA. Traveled around the world for a but after school and is single. Still close to Mel and Alison, but hasn't talked to them since she disappeared.. Not as Matured as the others, still somewhat childish, Last seen in France.

Jason- Haven't heard of since high school. Will be mentioned some in this story, but nothing big.

Ryan(Alison's brother)- Alison and Ryan haven't really talked since she left rehab. Kind of drifted apart since he never really bothered to keep in touch. Is married now but Alison doesn't know where he lives.

Lily and David- Lily still works at the hospital but David retired. Both still live in Florida. Keep in touch with both girls and often chat with Alison.

When I will update-

I will try to update every two days, If I can't I will post when I can in the facebook group for this story, before I post on here so be sure to join! Link is in my bio.

As for what time I will update; I am at school from 8:20 to 3:25 and I don't get home until around 4, and it takes me about an hour and a half to write a chapter (depending on length) I will try to make longer chapters for this story, but it all depends on how much time I have. I will most likely update around 5:30 pm through 9:00 pm. Here are the days I plan to update on.

Monday- 5:00 pm through 9:00 pm, Length around 1,500 words.

Wednesday- 5:30 pm through 8:40 pm, Length around 1, 700 words.

Saturday- 3:00 pm through 11:30 pm, Length around 2,000 words

And sometimes Sunday and Friday - Sunday-12:00 pm through 8:00 pm, Length around 1,200 words/ Friday- 5:00 pm- 3:00 am- Length 2,200 words.

Updates will be slower than usual. I apologize in advanced for you having to wait. I have major tests coming up and school is ending in a few months so I need to focus on grades and school work.

I will try to get updates up on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturday/Sunday.
