I Got Drunk and Married an Arrogant Rockstar? You've got to be Kidding Me! [11.2]

*this chapter's a little better than the last one.*

He sighed. "We're going on tour to Denver, Colorado in a few weeks. Unfortunately, you can't come. It's strictly only me and the guys. You know, my agent..." he trailed off. I squared my jaw and bit my lip.

It wasn't for the fact that Alex was leaving, but because I would be alone in this apartment. I was tired of being alone for most of my life. And also because I don't know Los Angeles well...That creepy guy. Yeah, not liking L.A. currently. Which reminds me...

"You know, I think we should get a restraining order on that guy."

"Maybe after Saturday. That would be best."

I decided to play dumb. "What's happening on Saturday? Why can't we do it ON Saturday?"

"Well, Audrey's having one of her big parties on Saturday. I guess I didn't tell you because I wasn't sure if I was going. With Audrey being my ex-girlfriend and all."

"I think we should go."

But as soon as I said it, I regretted it.

Chapter 11.2...

Unfortunately, Alex had agreed. I wondered why, but I guess other celebrities, or friends, would be there.

I decided to wear something similar to what I wore to Sierra's party. I didn't care if I was to be judged by anyone at the party. It's not exactly my problem.

But this thing bugged me. The party, I mean. It really shouldn't, though. Sierra's party was just a party, right? The same thing won't happen at this party. I won't even drink alcohol.

Is it just a coincidence that this party is on a Saturday too? Huh.

Soon enough, in fact, too soon, Saturday rolled by quickly. I was standing in front of a slightly intimidating three story mansion right now. It was nine o'clock at night and the lustrous moon shown full. Hm.

I could head loud music thumping from inside. Bright, multicolored lights were strung around the perimeter. Audrey had one of those fancy Victorian mansions, equipped with a poolside backyard and bordered with majestic trees and garden flowers. The whole thing was brightly illuminated. People either stood outside and partied or crowded inside. I wondered why this party was being thrown at Audrey's house instead of some sumptuous nightclub.

As soon as we walked in I was already getting some confused looks. Once or twice I spotted Taylor Swift, Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, and Tyson Ritter. They were all really popular musicians. And then I saw Audrey, and it immediately ruined my almost-happiness.

Audrey walked over to us with a scowl on her face. Her straight, blond hair was down to her shoulders. The intense lights in the room reflected off her face. She looked perfect, like all celebrities.

"Who brought in the street rat?" She questioned. I was taken aback for a few seconds. Sheesh.

"Audrey," Alex scolded. "She's with me."

She raised her eyebrows. "What? With you? No."

The song that was playing overhead changed to some modern song that was, no doubt, in the top ten billboard chart hits. Audrey squealed and grinned.

"My party, my house. You're dancing with me," She gazed into Alex's eyes and tried grabbing his hand, but he kept where he was.

I told him he should go and dance with her, I didn't really care. Audrey sighed when he still wasn't letting up. Then he groaned and trudged off to dance with her.
