Emma's POV

Aaron and I have been together for 6 months now, and he's always the one to scare me over and over and over again, but when it comes to me trying to scare him,  I never succeed. He claims to never be scared as easy anymore since his job is frightening enough, but today that'll all change. The guys were suppose to be meeting up to review evidence at their office today and Aaron thought it would be fun to bring me along to see what kind of things they do and whatnot. We drove to the office together but broke apart since Aaron had to stop for a cup of coffee.

"Go on ahead Emma I'll be behind you!" He tosses me the keys to the office and I began walking. The office was on the 5th floor so I quickly hopped into the elevator. The music was soft and boring. Guess that's why they call it 'elevator music' the doors open to the 5th floor and I step out and walk towards the office when I noticed a small gap in between the vending machines. I quickly thought of a brilliant plan to scare Aaron, so I squeeze in between the gap, which was surprisingly easy! I quietly waited for Aaron to come. I heard footsteps coming my way so I got ready to jump out. As the footsteps became louder, telling me he was close I counted down. 5...4...3...2...BOOO!

He falls to the floor surprised and confused, but as I focus my attention on him and realize, it wasn't Aaron at all! It was Billy!

"Billy! Oh my gosh I'm sorry I thought you were Aaron!" I helped him up.

"What the hell! What are you guys having some fund or something!?" Billy asked still grasping onto his chest. I laugh and dust his back off from when he fell. He continued walking and I got back into my spot. Minutes later I hear footsteps again this time hoping they belonged to Aaron. I get in position once again and count down. 5...4...3...2...GOTCHA! Aaron backs up a few steps in shock, then immediately starts laughing.

"GOTCHA! GOTCHA GOTCHA GOTCHA!!!" I shout while having a little victory dance. Aaron wipes his forehead as if he was wiping away sweat.

"Yeah, you got me...wait were you there the entire time just to scare me!?" He ask

"Yeah, man!" I say putting my hands on my hip with a huge smile.

"I was in line for almost 30 minutes!" He laughs pushing my shoulder a little bit.

"Yeah well, while I was waiting, I also scared Billy as well. It wasn't planned though which makes it even more funny!" Aaron laughs at the fact the Billy got scared in the process. He shakes his head one more time excepting the fact that I got him good! Yeah it was a small scare, but it's a start!

We walk together to the office and as soon as we open the door we're shot with confetti!

"AAAAYYYYEEEE!!!!" Everyone in the office shouted scaring both me and Aaron.

"Really! What's all this about!?" I shout pulling confetti strings out of my hair.

"Payback for scaring me!" Billy says while tossing some more confetti at me. "The confetti can also mean congrats on scaring Aaron!" He add.

"So is everyone ganging up on me now?" Aaron ask.

"Oh no buddy, this was a late setup. When Billy told me about how Emma scared him when she ment to scare you, I thought it would be funny to have a train of scares!" Zak says excitedly. I shake my head and laugh.

"You didn't have to make your scare so messy though!" I say still pulling off confetti.

"Uhh, yeah I did!" Billy laughs.

"Alright, now that funs over, let's get to work!" Zak says while clapping his hands together. We sit down and began working.
