Lily's POV

Today is Christmas Eve. All day I've been out with my close friend Aaron shopping for our secret Santa partners. This year I am Zak and Ashleys secret Santa's and I brought Aaron along so he can help me pick out a gift for them since he knows them oh so well for working together. Well...thats actually not true, I actually know exactly what to buy them, but let's just say I may have a big ass crush on Aaron! I can't stand not being with him. I try to make up as many excuses as possible to hang with him. I told Zak about it only because he kind of figured it out due to my mood changing when I'm around Aaron vs me with anyone else. I want to tell him, I do! I just get nervous when his perfect Brown eyes meets with my Hazel eyes. It's ridiculous isn't it?

"Hey Lil, how about this one?" Aaron says pulling me out of my thoughts. I look up at the object in his hand. It was a pair of beats solo3 wireless headphones. I look at him with a raised eyebrow. "What?" He ask lifting his shoulders.

"Is that for Billy or for you?" I ask

"Uhh, for Billy! Duh!" Aaron says with sass. I laugh a bit. Aaron's good at buying gifts for people but when it comes to giving them the gift, he gets a little hesitant. Especially if it's something he would like for himself.

"I figured since Billy's a DJ he'd love these beats. Watch I'll be the greatest secret Santa he's ever had!" Aaron says a bit excited. "Have you figured out what your gonna get them?"

"Uh...yeah, actually! I got this for Ash, and for Zak I'm gonna give him my Dracula ring!" I held up a beautifully designed guitar for Ashley, and for Zak I have an extremely one of a kind Dracula ring. It's a black and gray ring with real red rhinestones circling around it.

"Are you sure you wanna give him that ring? It's an honor to have that ring, you know?" He ask concerned about my decision.

"Im positive. He has been staring at this ring since I got it. I know he'll take good care of it." I answer playing with the ring on my second finger. Aaron smiles. He yawns then look at me.

"Well since we're done here, let's get out of here and get some sleep. Remember the Chrismas dinner is at Zak' s place!" Aaron reminds me. I nod my head and hug him goodbye. I buy the guitar and head home, then went straight to bed.
    
I woke up the next morning from my alarm. I showered, and put on my black off the shoulder, short sleeved pencil dress that stopped just above my knees. I slid on my black satin opra gloves, and put on my black Unisa Saranaa Over the Knee Boots. I did a side fishtale braid and put on light makeup, since I didn't care too much about makeup. I grabbed my keys and drove off to Zak's house. On my way there, Aaron calls me, so I plugged my phone into the radio and answered the call.

"Hey, Aaron!" I say with excitement in my voice.

"Hey, Lily! Are you on your way, or what?" He asked.

"Yes sir, I'm in my car now! How about you?"

"I'm already here! So is everyone else!" Aaron laughs. I can hear people laughing in the background and I blush in embarrassment.

"Sorry I'm late! I didn't think I would take so long to get ready!" I explain still blushing a bit.

"Hey it's fine, Lil! The rest of us is just early!" I can practically see him smile through the phone. I know their not early, but the fact he is trying to make me feel better about being late is sweet.

"I'll be there soon, I'm actually just about to turn into the neighborhood!"

"Alright, we'll leave the door open for you! See ya soon!" We hang up. About 10 minutes later I make it to Zak's house. I park outside his house and walk in. Everyone was in the kitchen cooking. When they saw me, the room became silent. A little too silent...

"Umm, hey...guys! It smells great in here!" I couldn't come up with anything to say to break the silence.

"Wow Lily! You look beautiful!"Aaron says looking at me from head to toe. Ashley violently shakes her head in agreement causing Zak and Billy to laugh. I blush a little and smile.

"Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself!" TOO BAD! He looks gorgeous! He comes over and hugs me. I feel him sniff me making me laugh.

"Wow! You even smell great! You smell like cherry blossoms mixed with cake!" I pull away and look at him a little confused but still with a smile.

"Uhh...thank..you?" He laughs and we walk to the others. They greet me with a hug and go back to cooking. I helps Ashley and Nancy, Zak's mom, with the desserts while the guys made the meals.

Finally, it was 7:00 which means it's time to exchange our gifts. I walk over to Ashley and hand her a huge body bag. She looks at me a little concerned, probably thinking I got her a body for Christmas. Once she tore it opened, her face lit up with happiness.

"OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, SO MUCH!!!" She screams hugging me. "But, why was it in a body bag?" She ask with a serious but also funny face.

"Well you can't really wrap a guitar now can you?" Everyone laughs and I walk over to Zak. I place my arm up top of his shoulder. He bends down a little bit to my height since he was too tall for my arm to rest on his shoulder.

"So Zak, remember when you investigated Dracula's castle?"

"Yes?" He ask a little confused.

"And remember the current owner gave me the one and only Dracula ring?" Zak smiles most likely knowing what I was about to do.

"Yeeessss" he says like a child. He holds his cheeks in his palm with one of the biggest smiles I've ever seen from him.

"Well, I was thinking and..." The entire time I was talking, Zak was softly bouncing up and down. "I'm giving you the ring!" I hold up the ring and Zak's face looks like he was about to cry with happy tears. He proudly takes the ring and slides it on his ring finger.

"I am now married to Dracula!" He says sticking out his hand and showing it around to everyone. We laugh at his comment. Zak gives me a big bear hug and thanks me the same way Ashley did. We watched the others pass out their gifts. When Aaron handed Billy his gift Billy also bounced up and down thanking him over and over again. I was the last one to receive their gift, which I did not get yet. All of a sudden, the room becomes uncomfortably silent. Everyone was looking at me as if I had a speech to say or something. Just as I thought things couldn't get worse, Aaron walks real close to me and gently grabs my hand, pulling it close to his chest. He looks me in the eyes and smile.

"Lily, I know your secret." I look at him confused. I wasn't so sure what secret he was talking about.

"Umm, I don't understand, could you be a little specific?" He moves a little closer sending my heart into a panic mode.

"I know you like me, Zak snitched." He says bobbing his head towards Zak. I glare at Zak who had his hands out in front of him as a defense.

"What!? It just slipped out!" Zak says using his hands to protest him. Aaron squeezes my hands a little tighter to get my attention back on him.

"There's something I have to tell you, something I should have told you sooner..." Aaron says. At this point my heart mine as well jump out already, cause it's beating like crazy! "The truth is, I have the same feelings for you, Lily, for your Christmas present. Will you go out with me on new years?" He ask with the most gorgeous smile a girl could ever look at. I was smiling so hard, my cheeks began to hurt, but I couldn't stop it. I was too happy.

"Yes! I'd love to go out with you!!" I say trying not to scream. He hugs my while everyone else claps and awws.

For the Rest of the night, Aaron and I held hands. And I loved it!
