Brook woke up. It was as simple as that. One moment she was screaming for help. The next she woke up and it's 3 days later.

She remembers it all. She remembers the car crash. She remembers screaming. She remembers reaching across for her Wendy. She remembers thinking "I'm going to die." And most importantly she remembers the fear she would never see her friends, her family, and Peter again.

And now she's awake. Her dad was sitting in the room in a chair. He looked worried.

"Dad?" Brook croaked. Her throat was very dry. Cole sprung up and smiled at the girl.

"Brook! Are you okay? Let me call the doctors in!" Cole exclaimed and dashed out the door for the doctors. Several doctors came in and introduced themselves. A nurse came in, saw she was awake, and took out her phone and dialed some number before leaving.

"Can I have my phone now?" Brook begged.

One of the doctors called for the nurse and after whispering among themselves shook their head no. Brook was disappointed. She wanted to tell everyone she was okay.

Suddenly a door burst open and a kitten came in. Brook squealed when she realized it was Wendy.

"Wendy! What's going on?" Brook asked the doctors.

The doctors nodded and left the room. Brook was very puzzled.

"Wendy! How are you girl?" She petted the kitten before realizing there was a tag on her neck.

Brook rolled her eyes and grabbed the bell. She ringed it twice. Alexah burst in.

"Alexah!"

"Brookie! Oh I'm so happy you're awake!"

"Why are you in here?"

"Oh that reminds me!"

Alexah took out a posterboard that said in huge letters You. She then nodded towards the bell. Brook rang it again.

And in came Courtney.

"Brooklynne Anderson don't you dare scare me like that ever again!"

"Courtney!"

"Oh shush and let me get a good look at you!"

"Courtney?"

"Oh right."

Courtney took a card that said in huge letters Out. She stood a distance away from Alexah.

Brooklynne rang the bell again. Corey bounced in.

"Babe! Are you okay?"

"Yes."

"My side hoe baby."

"You're lucky I know you're kidding."

"Babe are you okay?"

"Awfully confused but other then that."

He smiled and took out his posterboard. His said Me? He stood next to Courtney.

Brooklynne rang the bell again. And in came Cole once again. He kissed her head but didn't say anything. His poster said Will.

The bell rang again. Noah smiled and waved shyly. His said with.

The bell was rung and in came Lily, Rose, and Violet.

"Brook!" They all chorused.

"Hello!"

Their card said Go.

Will you go out with me?

Brook gasped as Gennie came in with roses and Jelly beans mixed with skittles. Gennie climbed onto the bed and smiled up at Brook.

And at last came Peter.

"Will you go out with me?"

Peter looked very nervous. Brooklynne's smile grew.

"Yes!"
