Chapter 17: Yup It Was Interesting

A/N The last line of the last chapter was "Well, this could be interesting" so yeah thats why this chapters called... Cuz, yeah.
ANYwho, sorry I forgot I left you on a cliffhanger!! Enjoy this next chapter sry it kinda sucks

~ADAM'S POV~

The ice wall shattered, revealing a horrifying creature, charged with life. We are all armed and at the ready, but I didn't feel ready. I was worried.
About Ty.
I don't even know where we stand anymore, but the way I felt when I thought he was dead... I like Ty. Wait, no, I don't.
I love Ty.
My thoughts were interrupted by a scream. Well, a battlecry really. Ssundee yelled at the top of his lungs. The noise made the beast flinch.
That's it!

~JEROMIAH'S POV~

"Scream!" Adam yelled.
"NOT NOW ADAM!" Yelled back Tyler
"THE ACIDOK DOESN'T LIKE LOUD NOISES!" He yelled again.
Someone sighed, giving in.
"BROTATOOOOOOO!!" Tyler yelled, running to the acidok to fight. The creature flinched at the noise, giving Ian the chance to stab at the metal-like subtance of skin.
"FLUFFYYYYYY!!" I yelled, causing another flinch, as I stabbed the things arm.
"TRUUUUUUEMOOOOOOO!!!" Was heard, as well as a stabbing sound.
"Come on guys!" Adam encouraged.
All the guys started yelling out there odd nicknames and taking down the beast.
*3 arms and a foot later*
Seto was badly injured, the girls were exhausted from using there powers, and everybody on the ground is basically accepting death. We're done for. Nobody left, barely.
Wait...
MITCH!
I watched multiple flaming arrows shot at the creature. 1 more arm gone, and 6 of its 13 eyes were blinded.
That must have been encouraging.
Adam got up, and ran to Ty, helping him up. They ran at the creature, both getting an arm.
The acidok was very butchered, with only 1 arm remaining...
Thrashing and kicking, it wouldn't go down without a fight.
And I'd say it's going to get one,
but even I'm not sure anymore.

A heard a heavy sigh.
Then I heard something I thought I'd never hear again.
"SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH!!!!" Hollered Adam like a pig.
We all gave in. It's now or never. Lets just get it over with.

~ADAM'S POV~

*more pig noises*

We all charged and attacked.
MUCH to our surprise, we won.
In a slow-motion 10 seconds of blood on blood, and iron on flesh, we won.
aHA! WE WON!
I'd celebrate, but there's something I forgot to mention.
Seto.
He'd been stabbed pretty badly. He had lost too much blood to still be alive, but there he was, alive as ever, talking to Inga.

Wait, he wasn't just talking to Inga, he was holding her hand too!
Aha!

Ooooh, he's also glowing blue...
That's normal, right?
Looks like he's being possessed.
Yup.
Inga's possessing Seto.

Whelp, guess I should do something...
Ooh, I'm kinda hungry a sandwich would be really- STAHP IT ADAM!

"Inga, wai are you possessing Seto?" I asked.
She didn't even flinch.

"DON'T WORRY!" Tyler yelled, "I KNOW WHAT TO DO!"
Tyler slowly approached Inga and Seto.
In one swift movement, he reached into his pocket and whipped a bagel at Inga's head. It hit the ground with a soft thud.
He hesitated before throwing out "Okay Seto's dead." And walking away in defeat.
"No he isn't. Well, not exactly." Stated Fire. "For a human, he should be dead. But he somehow survived a little longer, which interests Inga. She is going to use his own power to restore himself."
"Power?" Asked Adam
"Guys, he's SetoSORCERER! Did you seriously not put that together?" Questioned Fire. Well I guess we should have figured that one out...
"He will be okay eventually, but Inga must take him somewhere safer than this dingy little planet. I think somewhere around the planet Gallefrey would do him well." She said.

~FIRE'S POV~

Everyone started cleaning up the mess that monster made. Tyler and Mitch went to gather supplies, an everyone else was trying to get the trashed building material out of the trees.
I have to leave as quickly as possible, but I've grown to like these humans. They have such compassion for each other. I must leave quickly.
As I was walking off to the edge if the trees, I heard someone calling me.
"Fire! Hey, where you going?" Jordan asked, jogging to catch up to me.
"Home. Adam only wished to meet me, and he has." I said.
I noticed the others walking over.
"You're not leaving, are you?" Mitch asked.
"I have to go home now. My job is done." I explained again.
"But, what will we do without you? And how will Ty and I get home?" Adam asked. I thought, maybe I could still help a little- no. I am not allowed to get attached to these creatures.

~JORDAN'S POV~

"Wait, I thought you said the jungle was your home, did you not?" Jeromiah questioned.
She looked down and I swear I saw half a smirk. She looked up one last time, and winked at us, igniting her body in a swirl of flames.
Unexpectedly, she was just lighting up for a quick murder, she wasn't spinning. The flames twirled around as well, and the figure got taller and thinner, then smashed into the ground, disappearing in a puff of fire.
"WITCH!!! BURN HER AT THE STAKE!!" Adam yelled. We laughed. As I thought I'd never see her again, I noticed something peculiar, and it seems the other did as well. The trees parted in one area, revealing a pathway, leading off into a dark area.
"Hmm, that isn't suspicious at all!" Ty joked.
I was about to head back to camp to clean up, when something caught my eye. By the parted trees, a vine danced in mid air, the end on fire.
"There's our girl!" I said to the others, pointing to the vine.
"She did say she grew up in the forest..." Tyler added.
"Only one way to find out..." Adam said with caution as he was the first to step onto the pathway.

Hey guys! I know this chapter sucks, but I tried.
SOOOOO I was thinking of making this a total of maybe like 40 chapters? Idk. Also, do you guys want a sequel? Meh, let me know in the comments.
And I'M GOING CURLING tomorrow for school (gym class) and the gym teacher said WEAR STRETCHING PANTS!!! And this slutty girl's like "Are legging okay? I only have legging and skinny jeans" and like WTF so you're telling me, that you're gonna slide on ice in a lung position in LEGGINGS?! Well, goodbye!!
