I met a merman

Dan's pov
Today was really hot so i was preparing for a day at the beach as I arrived at the beach and want to my spot it was at the dock that no one come around i use the breathing underwater potion and I dived in the water and swim underwater but as I was swimming through I couldn't sworn I saw an orange tail swam by I swam after it and want behind a Corel rock the tail was gone,have I been seen things? Than I felt presence behind me I turned around and to my surprise I saw man with green eyes and curly hair he was just looking at me curiosity he wasn't holding breath for some reason I look down and saw the orange tail it was attached to the man it was a merman I was so surprised I swam up to the surface and got out and left panicking in my head when I got home I tried to forget it and just be on with my day later that night I couldn't forget that man or merperson that I seen before I should come back to see it again for some reason.
-next day- normal pov
Dan came back to the dock and sit at the edge he look at the water to find the merman but it wasn't there maybe it was gone just before he left a watery sound was set off dan turned and saw the merman again"uh,hi"dan greeted"hello,human and I want to apology for scaring you yesterday I was just curious"said the merman"it's okay,I was just surprised than scared"said dan than he removed his clothes just leaving his swim shorts and enter the water beside the merman"but why are you doing here?"asked dan"well,I was interested of your species that I been hearing about so I wanted here everyday to learn about it but I had to do it unseen I wasn't sure if your species were nice or not"replied the merman"actually we are both there are some nice ones and some are not but still it's normal to be interested by the way I forgot to introduce myself,I'm dan"said dan introducing himself"I'm Stampy"said Stampy introduced,for awhile dan and stampy been good friends even if they are different species it doesn't matter to them but dan had to go"it was nice meeting you,Stampy I have to go"said dan,,Stampy grab his wrist and look at me"well I see you again?"asked Stampy"of course I will"replied dan than stampy kiss dan on the cheek"see you soon,dan"than stampy want into the ocean dan blush while holding his cheek where the kiss was he grab his clothes and want home he couldn't wait to see stampy again.
