Sitting on my bed and staring at the white ceiling of my room, I slowly processed today's happenings in my mind.
Flashback
"What. The. Fuck?" I exclaimed.
He frowned at my response. "What?!" He said.
"What do you mean by you don't belong to this world?" I asked. He didn't respond. He blinked at me and I blinked back at him. We kept staring at each other like that for a while, and I am pretty sure I looked like a squirrel run over by a car with wide eyes and jaw touching the floor with shock.
"You are not aware?" He finally asked, breaking the silence.
"Noo?" My statement came out as a nervous question instead.
"Forget we had this conversation." Jackson said while wiggling his eyebrows. He started getting up to go, but I stopped him by saying, "Hey! Hey! Hey! You can't just drop a bomb at me and say it was nothing. What were you talking about? The other world, the mark, foreseer...what was all that?" I had a frown on my face and my mouth was slightly hanging open.
Jackson opened and closed his mouth several times like a fish, trying to say something. But, not a word escaped his mouth. He huffed and ran a hand through his soft shiny brown hair and said, "Tomorrow, I will tell you everything. But not in the school premises. Somewhere else. Ohkay?"
And before I could ask another question, he went towards the school building. And I was left behind, staring at his retreating form.
End of flashback
I sighed. What forseer mark was he talking about? And when did he see it? Suddenly, I remembered that ticklish feeling I felt on the back of my neck in school. Maybe...the mark is on my neck? I thought.
I stood in front of the purple framed mirror in my room. I brought my long, brown hair on one side of the shoulder, leaving the back side of my neck bare.
I turned around, so that my neck faced the mirror, and took out my phone. I opened the camera and took the picture of my bare neck in the mirror.
Then I opened my gallery and checked the picture. I gasped when I saw a beautiful eye tattooed on my neck.

It was a little faded -- not very clear but noticeable.
What is this? I never had a tattoo! I was scared. Scared of what was happening to me. I had to talk to mom and dad. I had to tell them what all was happening. Who knows? Maybe they have answers? Maybe they know something I don't.
