Olivia Barton and Harry Badeaux- the inseparable duo. That was what everyone called them at school. They were the definition of friendship, but one of them wanted more.

Olivia couldn't help but fall in love with Harry. At first, she was disbelieving- how could someone fall in love at seventeen years of age? Later, she realised that age did not matter; only the depth of your feelings did.

She loved everything about him- his green eyes, those cute little dimples that popped up when he smiled at her, his tattoos that made him seem badass although he was a big softie at heart, his tall stature and that unruly mop of curls.

He was the definition of perfect to her, while she was just plain.

She would tell him that she hated him teasing her, while she secretly relished it.

"I live for you, I long for you, Olivia
I've been idolizing the light in your eyes, Olivia
I live for you, I long for you, Olivia
Don't let me go
Don't let me go"

He would sing Olivia, which was penned by his namesake, just to annoy her, but she fell in love with his voice and the way he would dramatically sing that song on top of his lungs.

They would climb this big tree in their neighbourhood sometimes. It was like their private spot; no one would find them there. They were away from the world and it felt like they were closer to the skies.

One night, as they sat in silence, Olivia spoke.

"Harry, will you ever leave me?"

She realised that she sounded clingy, but the words had tumbled out of her mouth before she could stop them.

He just laughed- a melodious sound.

"Olivia, I would never dream of doing that. After all, you are the moon and I'm the star closest to you. We will always shine in the inky black sky."

"Forever?" she whispered.

"Forever."
