Haerelneth glared at the blond man. " You know..." she began "That's not what an apology sounds like." The drunk man narrowed his eyes at the teen looking figure. "Oh! Bite Me!" He spat. A smirk came to her face and she smiles, only to reveal fangs. "That can be arranged."The man's eyes widened as he backed up. Putting his hands up he began to stammer "Hey calm down. I didn't mean any harm." She scoffed at this and ran forward.
The man cowered and the girl ran right passed him. Not feeling an impact he opened his eyes. Looking behind him he found the entrance to the ally way empty and then he looked in front of him. He was met by a stone wall dead end. It was like the life had drained out of him when he fell to his knees. Starring at the ground the drunk man could no comprehend what had just happened.
On the roof, nearby a Haerelneth laughed lightly as she gazed up at the night sky. Soon her thoughts were broken out by the sound of wings. Looking off in the direction of the sound she was meet with an owl drawing near. Holding out her arm the owl landed. In its beak was a letter, which she took out and began to read. Once finished, her eyes were as wide as dinner plates. She jumped to her feet and the owl flew off. Jumping from roof to roof she soon made it out of town.
She continued to run once she was out of town. Her destination was the Shire for the party of Bilbo Baggins. Gandalf had requested her presence and she was not one for denying the old wizard. Plus, she could see her old friend Bilbo again. It had been too long since she had seen the Hobbit. It was his 111 birthday. It was a very big day for a Hobbit. A big day indeed.
